Our stay at Waterman Supetrus Resort was excellent. The location, facilities, swimming pools, various restaurants, ice cream stand, kids club, etc, all was fantastic. But what really made the difference for us (family including young child and grand-parent) is the staff - the manager (Yoan) is brilliant, Chef John always there to make sure the food is ready and the (huge) property is well kept by the owners. We highly recommend staying at the resort. Perfect for families

Neverovatan hotel i usluga, idealan za porodicni odmor pravi odnos cene i kvaliteta za vrlo korektnu AI ponudu. Hrana je raznovrsna ne menja se cesto repertoar ali je sirok izbor od pocetka usluga je odlicna bilo da su domaci ili strani radnici, imaju sjajne animacije za decu, mini golf, dobar izbor pica (kokteli su preslatki :) ) plaza nije njihova ali postoji deo lezaljki u hladu odakle je plaza na 10m. Lezaljke na samoj plazi su 8 eur sto je isto ok. Centar je na 10 min hoda lep pravi mediteranski gradic leti ima lepih koncerata. Za nas je bio idealan jednog leta 2025 ...

Honest review from a family of 3 who just left from an all inclusive holiday here. Ignore the AI generated positive reviews (see the capital letters used and the emojis) The hotel is decent but it has major flaws in the service offering. Positives: - location - child friendly pools (for different stages in their life: baby pool, toddler pool, etc) - fantastic animation team - clean rooms - friendly stuff in the canteen Negatives (only to name a few) - sub standard repetitive food - all inclusive drinks, even the juices, were disgusting - paper thin walls between rooms - everything included in the package was cheap: toilet paper, shower gel, towels, bedding - the cheapest version money can buy - not even a kettle, a glass, a tea, a water, nothing in the room - you pay for the safe a daily rate (what a joke!) - unfriendly bar staff - not enough bins and no staff cleaning around the pools throughout the day - if you want a clean pool with sun lounges, they have one but it's €10\per person per day - you get the gist now - they have a couple of restaurants on site just in case you don't like the food included in the package but they're mediocre as well, and expensive. To summarise: don't expect the service and hospitality you get in Portugal or Greece. They are far far off. The area is beautiful but, if you're going there, choose another location to stay in. It might be cheaper but the compromise is just not worth it. We're sorry we didn't do the research and read the reviews before we booked and paid for it. Rookie mistake

Iskreno , ima tu svasta da se pise … Ono sto mogu reci je da necete ostati gladni ni zedni … ima tu svasta da se i jede i pije …no to na skali od 1 do 5 = 2,5 jedva! Sobe su bile ciste , donekle…i jako izrabljene… Usluga i konobari = dobra ( prava nepalska ) Moj provod 2,3 … piva i gemist 10-ka 😂

Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas exceptionnel, la nourriture est quasiment identique à tous les repas et globalement pas terrible. Les boissons alcoolisées servies aussi bien à table qu'au bar ne sont vraiment pas bonnes. En terme de localisation c'est bien agencé avec différents espaces et plusieurs accès à la mer.

Ekipa pazite ovi imaju dosta prekrivenih troškova, nama su poslali ponudu za 2 odrasla i 2 djece, 1 djete do 6 godine je besplatno i nema ga na ponudi, kad dođete uredno vam naplate dodatnih 300e za 10 dana. Parking isto tako, nema nigdje na ponudi ali vam naplate 6e po danu, naravno nitko to nije spomenuo ranije, 20 m dalje je besplatan gradski parking. Sve dotrajalo, hrana ispod svake razine, na recepciji radi neadekvatnom osoblje bez znanja da obrazloži uvečane račune. Sve je ispod svake razine.

Smjesteni smo u kucici u sumici. 150m hoda do plaze. Osoblje je bilo preljubazno, cistoca na nivou. Sve sto smo trazili smo odmah dobili. Lokacija je predivna, odmah uz plazu. Jeli smo u restoranu na plazi. Izbor jela dovoljan za svakoga ponesto, salata raznovrsnih, toplih jela itd Pica na baru su malo dosadna, praskasta i razblazena ali za par dana skroz OK. Na bazene nismo isli, jer je more predivno i blizu, pa nam je to bilo suvisno.Ima dovoljno zabave i za odrasle i za djecu, tko zeli, teniski tereni su dostupni cijeli dan. Također ako zelite mir i hlad na pravom ste mjestu. Vratit cemo se sigurno ponovo.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful beach, clean rooms, and the food was fantastic every day. But the best part? The animation team – especially Sheko, Ivan, and Kristina – made our stay unforgettable. The fire show by Sheko was absolutely mind-blowing. Real talent and energy! Thank you for making our holiday special.

I would like to give credits to all the workers and the staff here.|Of course I have to mention that the house keeping was awesome and the workers in the kitchen are very nice.|I would like to compliment three animators especially and those are|Rebeka,Nives and Jessica.|I would start off by saying that they are so compatible with each other and with all of the kids.|Rebeka is I would say the main attraction she always has this happy energy towards everyone the kids and the parents.|Nives is nice towards all the kids but I like how she comforts the quiet kids so they would come out and play.|Jessica is always down for anything and is always full of energy.|I would also say that you can see by the way they act,by their energy and their smiles that they were absolutely made for this job.|I would like to thank all of them for their hard work.|We really enjoyed this holiday and we most likely will come back.|Keep up the good work!||- Maya and Lana with their family

The staff here truly care. We felt welcomed from the first moment. The kids loved the kids club with Jessica, who was so warm and kind. Every evening we looked forward to the animation shows. Sheko’s fire show was a highlight – mesmerizing and exciting! Highly recommended resort for families.

Such a lovely place for families. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and patient. I watched the animation shows every night and was truly impressed. Sheko’s fire performance was so elegant and exciting, even for someone my age! God bless the whole team. ❤️

Came here with my family, and honestly, I didn’t expect to have this much fun. The team here is incredible – Sheko’s fire show was like something from a movie! Massive respect to Ivan and Kristina too – always smiling and engaging. Perfect place to chill, have fun, and enjoy Croatian beauty.

"Incredible that this is a 4-star hotel — 3 stars would be more appropriate. We had all-inclusive. The few drinks that were included were tasteless and watered down. There wasn’t a large selection of food, and the food was also bland. The room was okay, and the cleaning of the room was good. Otherwise, the entire hotel area shows signs of wear and is in dire need of renovation. I do not recommend this hotel
