We had a wonderful stay in our room. The staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent. The rooms were clean and especially soundproof. We will definitely go there again. We needed to book two different rooms; the larger one with the jacuzzi was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is a great place. The location is perfect, 10 min walk from the city centre. The area has everything needed. The rooms are very comfortable to stay in, in real life everything is even better. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a very nice room in a great location. It’s bigger than I expected and the right price. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and the front desk ladies are top notch. I would 10/10 recommend and come back when I’m in Belgrade. It’s in the center of everything and there is a 24 hour Idea grocery store right down the street. The restaurants surrounding The Location are insanely good. Just stay here you won’t regret it.

У нас был двухкомнатный номер для семьи из 4 человек. Большая кровать с двумя видами подушек, детям постелили диван с двумя отдельными одеялами. Все чисто, фото соответствует. Отель связался с нами через Островок, чтобы узнать время заселения. Завтрака нет, но есть чай и чайник, а рядом магазин и прекрасная пекарня, чтобы купить выпечку на завтрак. На ресепшн нам помогли с распечаткой билетов. Отель на тихой улице, от центра недалеко пешком.

Staff werre friendly and assisted clients. In particular, Sara was extremely helpful and vivacious, and tried her best to help us whenever we needed it.We stayed 4 nights but it seemed there was no vacuum cleaning. We preferred to have a luggage bench or stand, as it was breaking the back to unpack and pack with the luggage on the floor. Otherwise everything was fine.

Местоположение отеля: вокруг много заведений (от пекарни до мишленовских ресторанов), улица в центре, но достаточно тихая . В спальне отличная кровать с удобным матрасом В номере почти не убирали. В один из дней (всего мы провели в отеле 5 дней) горничная вообще не приходила. В остальные дни нам просто заправляли кровати и меняли мокрые полотенца. Ни разу не пылесосили. На 4 человека было предложено одно маленькое кусковое мыло (как обычно в отелях предлагают) и 4 миниатюрных (так же, как в любом другом отеле) шампуня. В последующие дни дополнительно ничего не выдавалось (в день отъезда даже туалетная бумага закончилась, пришлось просить на ресепшене)... Ремарка: останавливались семьёй из 4 человек, на сайте было указано, что номер для 4 человек как раз.
