Hotel ist schön und sehr sauber. Pool und Spa usw. Auch top. Hier 5 Sterne. Standort auch super. Service und Essen sehe ich bei 1,5 Sternen. Service ist nicht freundlich und nicht ausgebildet. Tisch wird nicht abgeräumt bzw. an der Hotelbar musst du hingehen und was bestellen falls du was willst. Buffet immer gleich. Am besten keine Halbpension buchen. Keine 5 Sterne in der DACH Region wäre hier nur 3 Sterne. Fazit... wenn hier nichts passiert wird es langfristig wahrscheinlich nicht gut ausgehen. Viele Grüsse David

Lovely hotel with everything in close proximity. I do not usually write reviews but I have to give a special mention to Nikolina Nesic, Guest Relations & Manager on Duty. First class service with a smile resolving an issue we had and excellent at connecting with customers. I travel a lot for work as my role as Director of Operations and Nikolina "get's it". An asset to Sheraton/Marriott and I have used these hotels for 30+ years. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing stay at the Sheraton Dubrovnik. The resort is a beautiful property and had incredible facilities, such as a great spa, and pools. The Lungomare restaurant had outstanding pastas and risottos, and we were also served very well by Anja and Philip throughout our stay. Additionally, our room was very nice and had a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountains. Finally, the resort was located very near to the sea, giving us great views and easy access to a beach that was connected to the hotel. In summary, we had an incredible stay at the Sheraton and would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Great hotel for families. But we are an empty nester couple and we really enjoyed the spa, pool, dining options, etc. The hotel is on a small boardwalk with other dining options along a lovely walkway that reaches into the hills above. Excellent walking path. HUGE outdoor pool. Unheated but that’s fine for July. Beach is small and crowded with people at all hours…but that’s typical at every Croatian beach. Indoor pool, fantastic breakfast (although VERY busy) and buffet dinner (did not try). Entire staff from front desk, all the restaurants, bars, house keeping…everyone was top notch. To me this feels like staying at a JW Marriott. Pool is loud and busy, but plenty of chairs and you can order food/drinks from QR code poolside. No one to help open heavy umbrellas but honestly that is my only complaint. Entire hotel is spotless. Rooms are clean, large and very well appointed. Ocean view is worth booking here as the views are amazing. Big, busy, beautiful hotel! A nice break from staying in old town. It’s just a $20 euro|Taxi ride away!

Great location, excellent staff, clean and big rooms, quiet neighborhood, clean and beautiful beach. Food could have been better but not complained. Need a better coffee beans and tea selections. Close to airport away from old town crowd

Excellent Sheraton just outside of Dubrovnik. Hotel feels brand new but is nestled into an older beach town. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Highly recommended, especially for Bonvoy members.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Great location, with easy walking to a number of restaurants and local activities. Very comfortable and very quiet rooms!! Lovely staff and great service. Fantastic pool and spa area. Would highly recommend!!

Not a 5 Star hotel. Reception staff were lovely and rooms were great, although try and avoid getting a room that faces the road as you can hear the outside noise all the time. Buffet breakfast was poor with not the choice you would expect from a supposed 5 Star hotel and the hot food was luke warm at best. The pizza restaurant that the hotel promotes was terrible with undercooked pizza and wrong orders. There was no holiday atmosphere in the hotel. Restaurants and bars were dead on an evening. Pool area was good but the pool staff were hopeless, even trying to jet wash the pool area between 8am and 9am when everyone’s coming down to get sun beds. They also don’t help with moving parasols but are happy to watch you do it.

Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben. |Abgesehen von den vor den Augen des Gastes an einer Station frisch zubereiteten Eggs Benedict, war Vieles Durchschnitt bzw. Standard. Unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass Kroatien eine Vielfalt an lokalen Köstlichkeiten bietet: Schinken-, Wurstwaren-, Speck- und Käseauswahl übersichtlich. (z.B. geräucherter Schnittkäse, ich bin mir sicher, der war aus einer Schnittkäsepackung). |Brot- und Gebäckauswahl OK.|Croissants und Muffins aus der Industrie.|Belgische Waffeln trocken.|Obstauswahl OK|Es gäbe so viel, das sich für ein Buffet eignet, und mehr Lokalkolorit bringen würde, z. B: Fischaufstrich, Olivenaufstrich, Frischkäseaufstrich. Käse von der Insel Pag. Marmeladen in großen Gläsern von lokalen Herstellern. |Wie oft bei großen Buffets werden Kuchen und süßes Gebäck stiefmütterlich behandelt. Es gäbe da z.B: Palacinke (Palatschinken/Pfannkuchen, nicht landestypisch, aber sie sind in dem meisten Lokalen auf der Speisekarte, und bieten sich für eine unglaubliche Vielfalt von Füllungen an), Fritule (gebackene Mäuse), Cupavci (Kokoswürfel), Splitska Torta (Baisermasse mit Walnüssen, Rosinen, getrockneten Feigen mit einer Art Buttercreme gefüllt), Kremsnita (Cremeschnitten)||Das Beste waren: eine Art Grießcreme, Reispudding, Aprikosenkuchen (weil offensichtlich vor Ort hergestellt), Eggs Benedict sogar mit English Muffin (das entspricht dem Original), große Auswahl an sehr guten Säften.||Wir reisen viel, wir kennen Buffetfrühstück in allen möglichen Ländern und Hotelkategorien. Ich habe hier ehrlich vermisst, dass man sich Zeit für Spezialitäten nimmt, und dass der Verwöhnfaktor, den das Hotel sonst durchweg ausstrahlte, auch das Frühstück einschließt.||Dubrovnik ist etwa 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben uns ein Taxi zum Fixpreis von € 25,00 vom Concierge bestellen lassen. Die Rückfahrt kostete € 35,00 (da wir kein Mobiltelefon haben, konnten wir weder das gleiche Taxiunternehmen anrufen noch über Uber eines etwas günstigeren Transfer buchen) bei einer Fahrt von einem Taxistandplatz.||Anfahrt mit eigenem Auto nach Dubrovnik nur nach guter Recherche. Parkplätze sind entweder sehr teuer, oder haben wenige Plätze, oder sind wieder mit Anfahrt zu Altstadt verbunden, sodass sich die Kosten gelohnt haben, da uns das einen stressfreien Besuch der Altstadt ermöglichte.||Eigentlich hätte ich 4 **** vergeben, weil das Buffetfrühstück gemessen am Zimmerpreis (€ 640,50 für 2 Nächte) nicht überzeugt. Wegen des upgrades (Auf booking.com gebuchtes Zimmer: Superior Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Balkon und eingeschränktem Meerblick. Beim Check-in upgrade erhalten auf Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Balkon und Meerblick) und weil der Aufenthalt insgesamt wunderbar war, vergebe ich 5 ***** aus Fairness.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about a 25 minute from Old Town so be mindful of this of if you're planning to explore Old Town. Uber doesn't always service this area (we had lots of drivers cancel on us) as you need a special license to go to Old Town. The room was spacious - the bed was so comfortable and loved the foam pillows. The patio was spacious and ours had a nice view onto the main street. The breakfast buffet was disappointing - some of the food was cold and there was little local cuisine featured. But again, the service in the restaurant, as in the rest of the hotel, was great. The beach area is small but looks ideal for families with young children. The outdoor pool is large, with lots of loungers and umbrellas (the towel area was quite messy though). The indoor pool is also large and great if you want to swim in warmer water.
