Hotel ima odličnu lokaciju, pa i cijenu za ponuđeno ako idete direktno preko njih u periodu ranih rezervacija. Sobe su solidne veličine i sve što je navedeno u ponudi bilo je u sobi. Održavanje soba zadnja dva dana bilo je što bi narodski kazali "na guranje". Naime, zadnja dva dana sam morao zvati recepciju da bi nam donijeli čiste peškire. Dobra strana hotela je što je podijeljen u manje depandanse, pa je veći mir. Parking pod hitno bi se trebao srediti iznad objekta C. Hrana je dobra , iako bi mogla kuhinja biti usklađenija (imate dosta salata i priloga, a izbor mesnih jela i ribe je manji). Osoblje je stvarno preljubazno i vidi se da rade pod pritiskom, odnosno da je problem ovog hotela nedostatak radne snage. Terase oko hotela, plaža, šetnice, samo mjesto je za čistu desetku.
Lični utisak mi je da se ovdje radi o uhodavanju sa novim menadžmentom, novim radnicima i da svima treba dati vremena i prostora.
Iskreno, kad dođete zadnji dan na recepciju i odjavljujete se sve sitnice i propusti postaju nebitni. Iza supruge i mene ostala je uspomena na lijep godišnji odmor.

Hotel u koji idemo vec 4 godine s porodicom i prijateljima. Dok je hotel bio u vlasnistvu Labrande bilo je sve za cistu desetku. Trenutno kada ga je preuzela grupacija Aminess, jedino što je ostalo jeste lokacija i divne uspomene na ranije godine.
Grupacija Aminess je podigla cijene, smanjili su dobnu granicu za djecu i pomocne ležajeve, užasno pokvarili uslugu u restoranima i smanjili kvalitet. Jedino što su uradili pozitivno jeste veći broj ležaljki i na neku prevaru vjerovatno podigli hotel sa tri na cetiri zvijezdice. Nikome nije jasno kako ali ovaj hotel ima 4 zvjezdice.
Ponuda hrane u restoranima je poražavajuća, bukvalno su se vrtila tri jela za ručak i večeru, uz iste priloge jako lošeg okusa. Ponuda kolača i slatkog programa je gora nego u najlošijim hotelima. Svaki dan isti suhi kolači i tri jeftine torte koje skoro niko i ne jede.
U hotelu sa “4 zvjezdice”, za doručkom nema osobe koja priprema jaja i omlete nego se služe neka umjetna koja nemaju nikakav ukus. Prvi put u svom životu sam vidio da se služi groždje koje je neko prethodno okomao i koje se vadi kašikom. Peciva i hljeb su stari i tvrdi.
U sobama se ne mjenjaju posteljine ni peškiri.
Peškiri za plazu se mogu zamijeniti svako cetiri dana, dakle jednom u toku boravka. U sobama za 8 dana nam niko nije zamijenio sapun, niti gel za tusiranje pa smo morali to dodatno kupovati.
Ukratko, jedino što je vrijedilo u hotelu jeste njegova divna lokacija, najljepše more i uspomene na prelijepu Vrbosku, otok Hvar i raniju uslugu naše neprežaljene Labrande.

Not worth it
Overall impression of our stay was disappointing and here is what I would like to point out:
1. Cleanliness – the building itself seems outdated and you can see that they did only minor changes to make it look expensive. Our room had an unusual odor. You can smell the sewage when going towards the restaurant building and while sitting at the terrace above the beach. Various stains everywhere, especially at the dining area. Dishes are being left around by guests, which adds to the mess across the resort since the staff rarely cleans it up.
2. Equipment – they are severely lacking at this. Not enough glasses during mealtime, specifically evening. Beer glasses are used by children for sodas and then when you want to pour yourself some beer, you must use a small glass. At the bar they pour you a glass of wine in an ordinary cup. Every time you order the same cocktail you will get it in a different glass than before. There are a lot of different sets of glasses and plates, also not enough cutlery. Teaspoons are nonexistent (instead you can use wooden sticks), as well as bowls. Next to the coffee machines you can find only white sugar. Coffee machines often not working, the sodas empty already during early hours. Mini golf terrain in front of the hotel is in terrible state, you can see it is older than time - only one ball to play with. Face painting for kids – they don’t have enough different colors. TV with only 4 local channels, almost everything else is in German and I haven’t even noticed that many German guests.
3. Food and beverage – mediocre. Nothing fresh or locally produced here. Also, repetitive. Most of the dishes are fried and oily. The salad selection is odd, they don’t put up names of salad nor the ingredients of salad dressings, so you must gamble with what you get, unless you are making your own salad from scratch. Juices are all artificial, something you would get at your local fast food chain. Tea selection is poor. They will insist you drink cocktails because they only have one sort of wine.
4. Staff – amateur level. Just to be clear, no one was rude to me. Its just their lack of knowledge about handling situations and basic hospitality skills that give away the impression they were selected randomly for this job. The cleaning staff will look away when you pass next to them, the service at the restaurant will only talk to you when they need to take away the dirty dishes, the service at the pool bar will ignore you and wait for you to order yourself a drink and take it to the table while they are texting, the staff at the reception barely smiles, the massage therapist seems like a newbie at his job. Just a really odd atmosphere that makes you feel unwelcome. The only ladies who were trying their best are the animators. Kudos to them!
To sum it up – this hotel is barely worth 3 stars, let alone 4, and waaaaay over the price. Anyone who has any experience in traveling will know what the standards are for 4*. We weren’t the only ones noticing flaws. We overheard multiple complaints from other guests for various reasons, mostly for AC not working. It seems as if they want to make a lot of money fast and are not trying to make guests come back.

Extremely Disappointing – A Far Cry from Last Year’s Experience
We chose this Aminess accommodation expecting the same great service we experienced last year at the Aminess hotel in Brna, Korčula Island. Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be the complete opposite – frustrating, stressful, and far below the standards we expected from a reputable chain.
It all started the day we arrived. We were not satisfied with our assigned room (odour, stains on a carpeting, poor higiene in a bathroom, non sea view as we payed and expected) so we requested a change – only to be moved to an even worse one. This new room had a disgusting odour, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working in the middle of summer. After complaining again, we were returned to our original room, which we didn’t like in the first place. There was very quastionable higiene, carpet flooring stained everywhere, we didn’t even want to step on it barefooted. They said not even one other room was free, even though we saw many of them empty. Later in a stay we heard that some of the better maintained rooms in higher floors are reserved for booking.com guests because of reviews. I by chance saw one of those rooms during cleaning and I can confirm the statement.
The food was OK but basic and repetitive. Although the restaurant itself is quite large, the number of staff is nowhere near enough to serve the volume of guests. We regularly had to wait for a table, even during standard mealtimes. The whole experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. One of the consequences is also the poorly maintained dining area, with benches full of stains and dirty dishes.
Noise was another major issue. Every morning, without exception, we were woken up at 7 a.m. by loud construction or maintenance work – excavators, chainsaws, lawnmowers – clearly not something you want when trying to relax on vacation.
To make things even worse, our car was damaged while parked in the resort's parking lot. There was no clear explanation or proper follow-up from staff – just another unresolved problem.
All of this was made significantly more difficult by the fact that my wife is seven months pregnant, and we specifically chose this destination hoping for a peaceful and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this stay has only caused unnecessary stress.
We’re shocked by how inconsistent the quality is across the Aminess brand. While we understand this is a resort and our previous stay was in a hotel, there should still be basic standards upheld across the entire chain. This experience was far below what we expected and certainly not one we’d recommend.
But to conclude on positive notice. The location of this facility is just amazing. Amazing views, nice beachas nearby, nice evening walks to beautiful town of Vrboska. We are in love with Hvar and We are in love with Dalmacija. I still believe the resort have great potential under the right management. The current one obviously can’t cope.

We booked our 7-night all-inclusive stay at Aminess Senses Resort in May, specifically requesting a room in Building A and a baby cot or child’s bed (as both don’t fit in one room). The view wasn’t important to us. We received and confirmed the offer by email.
Upon late arrival (we had informed the hotel in advance due to traffic and ferry delays), we were told our room was in Building C — not what we had booked. When we complained, the receptionist called front desk manager Stjepan Makijanić, who told her to just place us in that room for the night and not call him again.
The room was not ready — no cot, no bedding, and far from what a “deluxe” room should be. A broken metal cot with a thin mattress and missing slats was added later — completely unusable. The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the carpet was stained. Worst of all, the room was connected to another by a thin door — at 10 PM, someone knocked because our baby was crying.
Next morning, Mr. Makijanić said he couldn’t “hold a reservation for two months” and “everyone wants Building A”, which makes no sense — that’s the point of booking early. Only after a long argument we were moved to Building A, and he sarcastically called it a “free upgrade”.
Once in Building A, housekeeping was fine and staff mostly pleasant. Food was varied, with daily fish and chicken options. But the check-in experience and management’s attitude ruined the first two days of our stay. Not the standard you expect from a 4-star resort.

Ich habe All-Inclusive gebucht und bezahlt – vor Ort wurde mir jedoch lediglich ein “All-Inclusive Soft”-Paket angeboten, das deutlich eingeschränkter ist. Trotz der Angabe “inklusive Parkplatz” stand keiner zur Verfügung – auch nach Nachfrage keine Lösung seitens des Personals.
Das Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand: Der Teppich war stark verschmutzt und unhygienisch, das Bad alt, mit verrosteten Fugen in der Dusche – absolut nicht akzeptabel. Das Essen war lieblos zubereitet und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich und wenig bemüht, sich um die Anliegen der Gäste zu kümmern.
Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

– Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken, Spinnen im Zimmer

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several key shortcomings:
Staff: Staffing shortages were evident. Employees were often abrupt, unfriendly, and unresponsive.
Beach Hygiene and Safety: The hotel beach was neglected and uncleaned; bins were overflowing, sun lounger platforms un-swept. Most concerning was the exclusive use of glass cups and bottles on the beach and by the pool, leading to frequent broken glass and safety hazards. There was no staff to maintain order on the beach, nor any changing tents.
Food Quality and Organization: Food selection was poor, monotonous, and resembled a canteen. Much of the food was reheated frozen items, and meat was often overcooked and dry. Seafood was almost nonexistent. Ice cream, unusual for a family-friendly hotel, was not available during day. Dining room organization was chaotic; we frequently had to prepare our own tables, and constantly request cutlery, glasses, and plates, which were always in short supply. Tables were dirty and sticky. Hygiene in the dining room was poor, including dirty floors and tables.
Room Cleaning and Amenities: Regular room cleaning was absent, and we were left without clean towels four times, despite notifying reception. The room also had technical issues (self-opening door, non-functional light and fan, A/C problems), indicating a lack of proper inspection before our arrival.
Overall Impression: The overall feeling was unpleasant; we felt like unwelcome guests. The hotel seems to be still preparing for the season, with many deficiencies and ongoing repairs.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how this place is rated as a four-star hotel, as it falls far below the expected standards. We stayed there for a week on a half-board basis, and here’s what we experienced:
1. The reception staff were extremely inexperienced and irresponsible. They responded to almost every request with “we can’t” or “that’s not possible,” unless you insisted firmly.
2. Despite our repeated requests, our room was only cleaned three or four times during the entire week. The last time, they didn’t even change the towels or empty the trash bin. Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory. Torn towels and bed linens? Let’s not even go there.
3. The air conditioning system kept breaking down, and they completely ignored our maintenance requests.
4. I asked for an iron at the reception, and they told me, “We don’t have an iron here!” — in a four-star hotel!
5. I ordered a cocktail at the bar and was willing to pay for it, but they told me that cocktails are only available for all-inclusive guests!
6. Several items listed on the bar menu, such as tequila, simply didn’t exist in reality — they were just on paper.
7. The hotel grounds are vast and beautiful, but the management, guest service, and overall hospitality are among the worst I’ve seen. I will definitely not return, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service, respectful treatment, or a stress-free stay.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe da. Die Hälfte der Gruppe hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und musste teilweise die Zimmer wechseln. Die Zimmer sind okay und sauber, mehr nicht. Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, sonst könnte ihr jede Unterhaltung in den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Buffet-Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe. Alle Sitze sind alt und fleckig; die Tische kleben; die Kaffeemaschine hat eine Eigenleben; Essen ist immer gleich und das Personal schlufft ab und zu mal vorbei und räumt die Tische ab. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist okay, aber es gibt wesentlich schöner Buchten auf der Insel. Die Kellner im Aussenbereich sind null auf Zack, wenn man wirklich innerhalb einer halben Stunde was haben möchte, holt man es sich besser selbst an der Bar.

Jedini adut ovog resorta jeste lokacija, koja je predivna. Nažalost je usluga generalno jako loša (kako restorana, tako i održavanja soba). Imam osjećaj da nisu dovoljno uhodani. Na svaki zahtjev/molbu odgovaraju (nezainteresovano) sa prebacivanjem na drugu službu, a niko zapravo ne reaguje. Na ručku/večeri nema šolja za kafu. Potrebno ih je tražiti od konobara, nakon čega konobar donosi samo jednu šolju?!? Mimo toga fali escajga i čaša. A kada ima čaša često nisu čiste. Hrana je poprilično jednolična (oslić, rižoto, pasta) i loša. Voće se ne pere, a vjerovatno ni salata (pronadjen crv u salati). Namještaj u restoranu je pun mrlja. Pristup zgradama nije prilagođen kolicima (jako puno stepenica). Za ovu cijenu drugi lanci hotela nude mnogo više. Za hotel sa 4* kakav jeste, potrebno je popraviti jako mnogo stvari. Ležaljke, suncobrani i Internet su jako dobri. Također sam u objektu B osjetila miris nafte.
