This resort is in a great location, close to Old Town, with stunning ocean views.|The customer service at this resort is outstanding. The front desk team, the Concierge and staff from the main restaurant go above and beyond. The buffet breakfast has many options for you to choose from and you can even enjoy champagne in the morning. This is an ideal location for any holiday, whether you are travelling as a couple or on a family holiday.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from everywhere including the rooms with terrace overlooking the sea. |Overall experience was great . Food was good but would say overpriced .|The staff at the hotel are amazing! Max at the pool section , Sonjia in house keeping and specially Ms. Georgina was the highlight of our stay. She was the extremely helpful, efficient and sweet!

Our stay at Rixos has been nothing short of exceptional.||The hotel itself is immaculately clean with a polished, modern design throughout. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and open up to breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.||The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options that cater to every palate.||But what really sets Rixos apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely warm.||We want to give a special mention to Aaryan, the towel attendant from Nepal. Always bright and cheerful, he greeted us daily with a huge smile and positive energy that lifted our spirits. Aaryan is a true credit to the hotel and made our time by the pool feel extra special.||If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, stunning views, and world-class service, Rixos Dubrovnik delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely located hotel with great facilities.|Very friendly and approachable general manager and staff.||The bedrooms are very comfortable with more than adequate air conditioning.||Great breakfast selections and would recommend a visit to the speciality fish restaurant in the evening - tables are positioned there with a great view over the sea where you can dine and watch the sunset.||Don’t forget to try the sports during your stay - there is a well run area where tennis is available on clay courts- equipment and water provided - well looked after there by Domo, the sports manager.||Overall a lovely stay, enjoyed by our family.

The hotel has a spectacular location on the cliff's edge with fantastic views - you feel as if you are on a cruise ship . There is a large deck in front of the hotel with a Greek restaurant with refreshments available all day , a big swimming pool and access down the cliff to the sea . Very few places can match the crystal clear water and its beautiful colour - swimming in the deep sea right next to the cliff is a wonderful experience . The staff are friendly and efficient - special mention should be made of Domo , the head of sports and entertainment - he went out of his way to teach us the technique of Nordic walking, getting up at 7h00 every morning to take us on instructional walks - he is absolutely passionate about sport and is able to coach you in anything , from tennis to billiards ! This was certainly one of the highlights of our stay . The food is excellent , especially the evening buffet . Every night has a different theme with a huge variety of dishes available . The chef Ravindra is really friendly and always willing to attend to any special requests The breakfast pastries ( croissants , danishes ..) are probably the best I have ever had at a hotel . All in all a wonderful experience

The hotel and all the staff members are absolute 5-stars! A stunning hotel with beautifully clean rooms, top-notch facilities and lovely bar/restaurant. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was an easy location for venturing into the Dubrovnik Old Town and back. Our room was the Superior Double Room and it did not disappoint! Spacious with incredibly comfy bed, robes and a huge balcony. We made use of the spa and pool area everyday, which was such a luxury to have included in our package deal. We only ate here for breakfast but the quality and amount of food available was second to none; the only thing is the food/drink prices when we did buy were a touch high for what was on offer. We didn't eat at the hotel other than breakfast but may have if it was slightly more reasonable. Overall, a wonderful stay and would 100% visit again!

Je séjourne actuellement quelques jours à l’hôtel Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. Si la vue est splendide, le service n’est clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Le prix des chambres est excessif compte tenu des prestations proposées. L’hôtel communique de manière trompeuse sur une formule « all inclusive » qui n’existe pas à Dubrovnik, contrairement à ce que laisse entendre leur site internet. Aucun accès au buffet n’est inclus dans le tarif de la chambre ici. Le kids club est particulièrement décevant : aucun adulte pour encadrer les enfants, aucun jeu, juste des murs peints en vert pour créer une illusion d’espace dédié aux enfants. Rien de qualitatif ni de rassurant. En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas. D’autres établissements Rixos dans d’autres pays offrent un service bien meilleur pour un rapport qualité/prix bien plus cohérent.

Just returned from a week staying here. Corridor to our room on 6th floor smelled of smoke and had worn out carpet. Room was okay with amazing view and comfortable bed. Bathroom was okay but sink didn’t drain away properly and had a rusty tap and shower (in a bath) dripped for ages after use. Breakfast was really good and other restaurants were ok but really expensive- on par with Dubai prices. For example:- bottle of sparking water €9.50, pizza €30, bowl of chips €9.50 and for Buffett restaurant €55!!! I understand this is a city break and prices will be high but this just felt like we were being ripped off. From what we saw others felt the same because the restaurants weren’t fully booked - in fact they were quite empty and seemed they were struggling for bookings. The worst bit about this hotel is the pool area. The sun beds are literally 30cm away from each other and you are squashed in like sardines! There clearly aren’t enough sun beds for everyone here (even though they claim there is) The first half of our week people were saving beds for anything up to 4hrs! Because everyone was complaining they eventually brought a rule in that you could only save them for 1 hr but this was a bit hit and miss. To add to the sardine tin they brought out secondary cheaper beds and squashed everyone in further!!! Poor people that had these unfortunately did not get umbrellas either. Also there is loud dance music played around the pool - took me back to my Ibiza years! The pool is too small and is in need of repair. There is broken rotted wood around it and the steps to it are wobbly and rusty too. Regarding staff, some are really amazing and go above and beyond but unfortunately there were others that were bloody rude! So, if you want to lay around a pool like you are in Ibiza and pay extortionate money for food and drink then this is for you. If you want a relaxing city break where you can go out sightseeing and come back in the afternoon to get a sun bed (which I guarantee you won’t) and you don’t want to pay €9.50 for a bottle of water or a beer then I most definitely wouldn’t stay here. We have stayed in many Rixos hotels and this has been the worst. Management seriously need to sort this hotel out.

Walking into the foyer your eyes are drawn to the Adriatic sea. The hotel is large and has everything anyone wanting to enjoy a break could want for. We had an ocean front view and it was amazing, with a balcony to walk onto. The facilities include a couple of restaurants, huge buffet breakfast, gym, game room, two pools and an area to jump into the Adriatic. This is easily the best hotel I have been to and I have visited a lot of 5 star hotels and resorts around the world. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.

This place is fantastic . The staff absolutely amazing, the food is the best I’ve had in a hotel . Can’t praise this hotel enough. I’m going to go back in September and I can’t wait . Highly recommend !!!!

Hemos estado una semana entera y el hotel es espectacular las instalaciones, las vistas, la localización. El desayuno fantástico. Pero sobre todo destacar a todo el personal del hotel, la amabilidad y el trato tan cercano que dan a los clientes. Especial mención a Antonio de recepción y a Domagoj Hum, de deportes y entretenimiento que nos han ayudado muchísimo. También a Georgina que hacía que estuviéramos como en casa. Todo ha sido perfecto. Gracias!!!
