My group and I visited this resort for day and had the most wonderful time at the pool, the staff was so beyond kind and generous at the pool deck from the kitchen staff to the pool boys they all had the best energy, the food and drinks were fabulous as well definitely a 10/10 experience will definitely be back to stay in the future!!

Wurden hier von der Airline untergebracht, weil unser Flieger gestrichen worden ist - alles war hervorragend (lediglich eine stabile und blickdichte Tür zur Toilette im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen:P). Das Abend- und Frühstücks-Buffet waren sehr gut von Umfang, Qualität und Geschmack. Preise für Getränke erwartbar hoch. Insgesamt ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel, wir würden gern für länger wieder kommen.

De RIXOS, il n'a que le nom et en aucun la vraie "expérience RIXOS" Un des pire hotel RIXOS que j'ai pu faire. Tout d'abord , il n'est en aucun cas un " ALL INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE"alors que sur le site de RIXOS, cette expérience du All Inclusive est mise en avant.Donc, arrivé sur place, on a compris notre erreur. Pas de All inclusive. Autant prendre un hôtel normal de même standing qui lui sera moins cher, même en période estivale. Trop de gens par rapport à la taille de la piscine et de son espace transat, on est entassé..pas agréable du tout. Sinon, le SPA est Bien..la nourriture est bonne. le service en général est correct mais les sourires très optionnels. Je ne pense pas que je le ferais une nouvelle fois.

4 dagen verbleven in dit hotel op basis van half Pension. Het hotel heeft een prachtige ligging met hele mooie uitzichten. De faciliteiten zijn ook zeer goed en mooi. Zoals het zwembad en spa en en de ligging aan de zee. Er zijn heel veel bedjes maar die zijn tegen 14:00 zo goed als allemaal bezet. Ze hebben een regel dat je je handdoek maar een uur mag laten liggen onbeheerd en anders word die verwijderd. Wij zelf hebben onze handdoek meer dan drie uur zo laten liggen en die lag er nog gewoon. Hier word dus niet op gelet. Vroeg in de ochtend zijn er daarom ook al handdoek leggers. Het is een 5* hotel en wij hebben €450 per nacht betaald. Een behoorlijk bedrag! In verhouding en kijkend naar dat bedrag zijn er wel veel verbeteringen nodig vind ik. Ik zou er een paar opnoemen. De kamers zijn verouderd en dienen gerenoveerd te worden. De housekeeping heeft geen oog voor detail en het word net zo schoon gemaakt als in een 3* hotel. Erg slecht dus. Het ontbijt is in principe prima. Buiten heb je goeie koffie. Als je binnen zit is de koffie slecht omdat die uit een automaat komt. Buiten is die dus wel goed. De bacon is van erg slechte kwaliteit en niet lekker en heel hard. Het aanbod van fruit kan veel meer zijn. Er is ook geen goeie service wat je zou mogen verwachten voor zo’n duur hotel. Je word niet goed begroet door personeel en er is geen aandacht voor ultiem 5* kwaliteit. Voor het bedrag van bijna €500 per nacht zou ik het nooit weer boeken. Als je er voor 200/300 kan slapen is het goed. Als je toch echt waar voor je geld wil hebben moet je denk ik toch naar Azië gaan. Daar weet je niet wat je overkomt voor €300 per nacht. Dat is de tip die ik meegeef. Rixos is een erg mooi hotel maar voor de prijs moet het echt topklasse en vlekkeloos zijn naar mijn mening.

Konumu güzel,old town yürüme mesafesinde. Bizim için ailecek çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Sadece biz sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil rezervasyon oluşturduk. Akşam yemeğinde alkolsüz içecekler,su ücretliydi ve fiyatları yüksekti. Bunlardan ekstra ücret alınması çok garip geldi.

Shockingly disappointed. Holding the name Rixos “Premium”, our experience at the hotel was far from that. The rooms are very outdated, dirty, even some furniture broken and literally hanging off the wall. We had to request a room change and the second room wasn’t much better. Amenities in the room aren’t any better, very outdated TVs with only cable TV, WiFi doesn’t work, shower water doesn’t stay at a constant temperature so you end up burning or freezing yourself. The beachfront and pool is complete chaos. Not enough sun-beds to accommodate hotel guests so you borderline have rush there early to get a sun-bed and if you’re lucky the sun-umbrella isn’t broken. Towels are provided but most are dirty “because of the machine.” The space is completely overcrowded barely leaving 30cm in between beds, which just makes you feel like you’re packed in like sardines and creates a maze to walk around. Probably the worst part is that the whole area is also open to public who end up taking space from guests and then use the “private” swimming pool. Nonetheless most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, trying to help where they could. The dinner buffet was also nice even though the themed nights were incorrectly publicised. All in all, it’s much more worth getting a cheaper hotel with nicer rooms nearby and then going to the Rixos to use its beachfront free of charge. Unfortunately nothing about the hotel is 5-star let alone premium.

I had a great experience staying at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning sea views and very clean, modern rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Specially they are from the housekeeping puja Milan and Manoj highly recommended for the HK The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with lots of choices. I also really enjoyed the spa and the relaxing pool area. It’s in a great location—close to the Old Town but still peaceful. Overall, everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! Trip

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was overall very good, located just 20 minutes walk to the old town. However food was very expensive. €30 for a burger, €32 for a salad. Sunbathing area was crowded all sunbeds gone by 9am.

We recently visited Dubrovnik for a holiday and stayed at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. It was funny and coaster trip for our family, but the team at Rixos made sure we were well looked after and provided the extra care we truly needed during our stay. A special thank you to room attendant Mr Christian and his supervisor Milan made it happen with such warmth and attention with extra ordinary arts also extends to the entire Rixos staff for their exceptional hospitality and kindness throughout our visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Rooms was obviously cleaned and top notch well maintained

Rixos Premium is located on a beautiful piece of coastline, steps down into the clear waters of the Adriatic but only a 20 minute walk to the walled old town of Dubrovnik. All you expect from a 5 star hotel, notably good breakfast, very pleasant areas to sit, wide range of music. Special thanks to Domo, sports lead, who offers many group and individual activities, Nordic walking was a highlight of our 5 day stay plus a lesson in French Billiards (he is a former champion). We recently visited Dubrovnik for a holiday and stayed at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. It was a bit of a roller coaster trip for our family, but the team at Rixos made sure we were well looked after and provided the extra care we truly needed during our stay. A special thank you to Chef Ravi for going out of his way to customize meals for us—being vegetarian and traveling with a toddler, we were craving a bit of that comforting Asian touch, and he made it happen with such warmth and attention. Our gratitude also extends to the entire Rixos staff for their exceptional hospitality and kindness throughout our visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

This is an impressive hotel in a wonderful setting, however, it has a very serious problem with the sunbeds situation, there are simply not enough for the number of guests staying there. If you are not down to the pool by 9.30 am you will not get one , the rules are apparently that if you leave the bed unused for over an hour your possessions will be taken off, however, we were down by 9.00 after enjoying our breakfast and there were 6 no. Sunbeds with towels on that were there before us & the first people turned up at 2.00 pm , incredibly bad manners. To be fair to the hotel staff they try hard to accommodate people and they were putting beds on to the grassed terrace area to relieve the pressure, consideration should be given to removing the grass and covering the whole area with parasols and beds.|As previous guests have pointed out the breakfast is magnificent with a huge choice of hot and cold food.|The prices are eye wateringly expensive for simple things like a medium bottle of water to accompany the buffet, you are looking at 7 euros each and the tasting menu in the fish restaurant is north of 400 euros for a couple.|The staff are excellent and we had no trouble with the service at any of the restaurants.|The rooms are reasonable but it seems very strange that the bathrooms have no ventilation so the build up of condensation is a problem.

Linda estadia en el hotel, preciosas las vistas desde el lobby y desde nuestra habitación al mar. Y cada rincon del hotel con preciosas vistas muy cuidadas. Gracias a todo el personal por el servicio, muy atentos y dedicados. Gracias Paulina, Emilio, Estefania y los chicos del bar todos muy amables.
