Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Residence und kommen definitiv wieder! Die Gastgeber, sowie alle Angestellten sind unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns bereits bei der Begrüßung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und der Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft und die Olivenplantage ist sagenhaft. Generell ist die Atmosphäre in der Residence sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich lecker mit großer Auswahl. Die Qualität der Produkte ist ebenfalls sehr hoch und einige Produkte werden sogar selbst hergestellt. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir aßen jeden Abend dort und es war unglaublich lecker.

Unfortunately I agree with some of the other low rated reviews of this hotel. The rooms are outdated, dark and loud, you can hear the neighbors as well as the restaurant guests outside. As a hotel guest, you have no privacy when entering through the restaurant to your room and no balcony or terrace to sit outside privately. There is no hotel service, the beds are not made and the room is not cleaned. The view is very good, but otherwise I would not recommend the location. There’s nothing else to do/see and the drive down the mountains is a daily traffic jam. There’s a small colorful playground, but it’s on the other side of the restaurant, next to the street. Breakfast is very, very elaborate but they don’t usually fill what’s finished. An extra star for service for the lady at breakfast, she is very sweet and helpful asking all the time if we needed anything else and when I asked for a drying rack, it appeared in our hallway later that day.

Selama menginap, staf villa sangat ramah dan responsif. Mereka tidak hanya membantu proses check-in dan check-out dengan cepat, tapi juga siap membantu apabila tamu membutuhkan rekomendasi tempat wisata atau restoran di sekitar area.

Wir waren drei Nächte hier. Die Lage ist unübertroffen, wunderbar in dem Olivenhain gelegen. Das Essen und Frühstück war wirklich gut. So wird es auch in den anderen Rezensionen beschrieben. Leider waren die Nächte nicht so schön. Das Haus ist ungemein hellhörig. Man hört, nicht nur aus dem Nachbarzimmer jedes Geräusch. Schallisolierung scheint hier komplett zu fehlen. Wenn dann noch eine Gruppe alkoholisierter die Terrasse belegt und nachts die Zimmer aufsucht, ist an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken.

Lokal na zelo lepi in mirni lokaciji zelo lepim razgledom na Istrsko podezelje. Zelo prijazno osebje in zelo okusna kvalitetna hrana za zmerno ceno. Priporocam!

Excellent emplacement et très jolie Terrasse avec vue splendide sur les vignes et Olivier ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment, chambre agréable et spacieuse, très propre et soignée. Les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux et parfait pour notre Trip à vélo où nous repartions en direction de Cerknica. Merciiii !
