Zimmer veraltet, dreckig und nicht mal auf 2- Sterne Niveau. Hier wird mein meiner Meinung arglistig getäuscht. Betten sind reine Katastrophe. Bad, klein, dreckig und schlecht ausgestattet. Beim Essen ist das Chaos so groß, nicht mal Teller stehen dann zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß schneller im 7ten Stock als mit diesen Steinzeit-Fahrstühlen! Parkplätze überfüllt, einmal von Timbuktu zum Hotel damit man sein Auto abstellen kann. Wenn man das Personal an der Rezeption fragt was das soll, kommt einfach nur - es ist halt gerade Saison. Also um diese grandiose Angebot zu komplettieren, bekommt man zur offensichtlichen Inkompetenz auch eine Servicewüste. NIE WIEDER!

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, 5 minut spacerkiem od plaży, około 15 minut od centrum Rabac. Bardzo duży kompleks, z fajnymi czterema basenami, z których można korzystać, mini klubem, muzyką na żywo wieczorami, dwoma basenami wewnętrznymi, z których jeden jest ze słoną wodą, kompleksem saun, siłownią Na początku trafiliśmy na pokój z niesprawną klimatyzacją, po dwóch nocach wymienili go nam na inny ze sprawną klimą. Obsługa bardzo miła mówiąca po angielsku. Hotel z dużym potencjałem, mogliby poprawić jakość jedzenia, bo wybór jest naprawdę spory, ale codziennie jest to samo. Na początku jakość wędlin na śniadanie i dań na obiadokolację była lepsza , a w czasie naszego pobytu zaczęła dosyć mocno spadać. Największym problemem na śniadaniu był dostęp do ciepłych napojów, bo w większości przypadków automaty były zepsute i cała duża stołówka, czyli około 100 osób, czekało do jednego automatu. Kawa ohydna😉 Hotel jednak polecam, bo spędziliśmy tam naprawdę przyjemny czas, jeżeli ktoś nie ma bardzo wygórowanych wymagań (dałabym 3 gwiazdki zamiast 4 jeśli chodzi o standard) to na pewno będzie zadowolony.

Wir hatte eine Aufenhalt von 10 Nächten im Hotel "Narcis". Die Lage dort war schön. Abendessen - toll! Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert (wenn man die Balkontür richtig schließt). Zimmer sind echt eng und abgenutzt. Frühstück eher schlecht. Das Schlimmste war das Kaffee aus dem Automat: eine Katastrophe.

Wenn einer kein problem mit lauten kinder hat im Speiseraum oder Pool okay. Aber das Personal ist sehr schlecht geschuld oder angelernt. Bei den zimmer muss man aufpassen da gibt es auch schlecht zimmer oder es geht so. Das es ist nicht richtig heiß und kaum Abwechslung. Ich muss leiter sagen das die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt sind und der Preis für 2 Personen 2600 zu hoch ist für diese hotel. Es wird wenig getan das das hotel besser da steht. Auch die Handwerker sind so lala, sind nicht geschuld und bessern nur grob aus ,auch im Zimmer sind die Wände nur ausgebessert und nicht komplett gestrichen.

Old hotel, old rooms with mold in the bathroom. with low quality food (breakfast so so - you need to come earlier when the kids are not there- then is just screeming and mess, horibble low quality drinks- with restaurant and food you feel like you are back in 1995. I understand we are in balkan countries , but still… good location close to the beach. Hotel is dog friendly - we take dog to the beach and it wasnt problem. Even they want we sight paper about rules- dogs are not alowed on pool area, not beach area- but they cant stay in room alone for long time. So i dont know what you have to do with them😅 dog park is 1 km from hotel. You pay 20 e exptra per day- and you get noting for dog - even water bowl… i have no problem to pay for dog extra but let them feel welcome . I dont belive is extra money for cleening becouse… there is no extra cleening at all😅 If you’re not too demanding, then this hotel is good enough – especially because of its great location. But I know we wouldn’t come back

Hotel na pewno nie 4 gwiazdkowy. Pokoje najlepsze czasy mają za sobą, łazienka z drzwiami prześwitującymi. Natomiast obsługa mistrzostwo pomocni i codziennie sprzątnie pokoju, wymiana ręczników. Posiłki także na bardzo wysokim poziomie dużo i smacznie jest czym wybierać. Super lokalizacja blisko morza. Fajne baseny tylko te ręczniki zostawiane przez ludzi zaraz przy otwieraniu basenu dramat ,ale to wina ludzi nie hotelu😞 jeszcze minus windy przy dużym obłożeniu trzeba swoje odczekac.Ogółem polecam fajnie spędzony urlop

Sama lokacija je prelijepa. U hotelu 2 mala lifta, za vrijeme obroka gotovo nemoguće doci do 7. Sprata. Sobe bez pravih klima uređaja-prevruce,staklena vrata na kupatilu-no go. Osoblje je relativno prijatno. U restoranu hrana nije kako treba obilježena. Desilo se da je pisalo pileća snicla, a kad je nestalo pileće,servirali su svinjsku bez da su promjenili natpis. Izbor i kvalitet hrane je dobar. Nisam siguran da bih ponovo došao.

Naš odmor u hotelu Narcis bio je lijepo iskustvo. Odlična lokacija, osoblje u redu, veliki izbor jela za skoro sve obroke. Sobe imaju nekih malih mana, ali sve u svemu iskustvo je bilo dobro i došla bih opet.

NO NO NO NO NO!!! (see Pictures!) The room provided was in a highly unhygienic state. There were black hairs everywhere – in the bathroom and even in the beds. Dead insects could be seen on the walls and behind the glass of picture frames. Although I reported this issue to the reception, the cleaning that followed was only superficial. Due to the persistent lack of cleanliness, we felt compelled to clean the room ourselves. We borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the housekeeping staff, but it had no suction power whatsoever. In addition, the room facilities were inadequate. There was only one power socket available, which is completely unacceptable for a modern hotel. The air conditioning did not work, which made the stay particularly uncomfortable in the summer heat. The pool area also posed serious concerns: missing tiles created a risk of injury, including the possibility of cuts. Finally, the breakfast was disappointing – especially the coffee, which was simply undrinkable. Overall, our stay fell far short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.
