Good rooms, great location, helpful staff, close to beautiful Rovinj but poor food. Recommend staying B&B only and get up early to avoid the mad breakfast crush and then go to town for dinner. There's loads of great options there and the free ferry works brilliantly

Prezadovoljni odmorm. Sve je bilo na visokom nivou! Osmeh i ljubaznost su osoblju zaštitni znak! Tople preporuke! Nadam se da se vraćamo sledeće godine! Nemamo ni jednu zamerku! Zaposlni su spremni da u svakom trenutku izađu u susret gostima, i sve eventualne probleme rešavaju odmah! Posebne pohvale za direktoku Gordanu, zamenicu Radmilu, direktoku hrane i pića Mirjanu, menadžerku Danicu, šefove sale Radeta i Rajka, hostesu Nataliju, komplet recepciju,posebno Patrika, koji su nam uvek izlazili u susret! Pohvale za divnu decu koja rade na plažnom baru Delfin, Saru, Olivera i ostale! Sve njih smo slučajno upoznali, jer pozdravljaju svakog gosta! I ovo nije plaćena recenzija, i zaista je tako bilo! Gosti smo Rovinja zadnjh 15 godina, i nikad nam nije bilo toliko lepo i opušteno!

Prelepo odlazak se stvarno isplatio, isto tako i grad kao i sam otok su prelepi ostavili su jako lepo utisak na celu moju porodicu , nema nicega gde bih mogla da kazem da nisam zadovoljna . Rado bih opet otisla tamo.

Everything was perfectly organized, we didn't have to worry about things and transfer to the island. Every hour there is a boat to the city and back, which is also a big relief. The hotel is on an island, which provides a sense of peace. The staff is very pleasant, the food is good and hygiene is taken care of.

Tolles Hotel, das alles bietet, das man für einen entspannten Meerurlaub braucht. Das Inselfeeling ist besonders und man kann auf der Insel auch Sport machen (Laufen, Fitness Centre, Wasserspielplatz, Tennis,...). Toller Kidsclub mit super lieben Betreuerinnen. Auchtung bei der Buchung über Maistra: die Doppelzimmer mit Bettsofa haben nicht alle Meerblick, auch wenn es online so scheint.

Zimmer, Hotel und die Poolanlage sind sehr sauber...die Freundlichkeit ist je nach dem unterschiedlich. Zimmermädchen und Empfang Top, Eisdielen sehr unfreundlich. Auch in der Hochsaison verteilen sich die Gäste auf der Insel super, man kann sich auch wunderbar zurückziehen. Das Essen auf der Insel in der Pizzaria ist sehr gut, das Buffet hat uns nicht umgehauen. Keine Karaffen für das Wasser, als Familie läuft man dann mehrmals hin und her. Man kann auf der Insel auch kein Wasser oder Getränke kaufen und muss dies im Hotel kaufen oder mit dem Schiff rüber schleppen. Im Vergleich zu den Falkensteiner Hotels könnte man hier noch optimieren. Top ist auch die Tauchschule auf der Insel. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, Hotel mit vielem gutem aber auch Verbesserungspotential. Würden wieder kommen.

The room is a bit vintage, which would be ok but, some thinhs where broken like the back door wasn't closing so that the air condition didn't run properly. Then the door from the fridge hung down, the was a broken tableglass, and some damages on the furniture as well.

Una memorabile vacanza! Tutto è filato liscio. Pulitissimo e curato. Ristorante organizzato come una fabbrica...Tutto veloce dal servizio enel rimpiazzo delle portate terminate . Professionalità del personale , camere comode e insonorizzate con tutto l'occorrente. Battelli andata e ritorno ogni ora per la terraferma. Mare limpido. Consigliatissimo

An und für sich war es sehr schön keine 5 Sterne weil leider war ein Riesen Feuchtigkeitsfleck im Zimmer neben der Klima ,die Reinigungsdamen kamen zwar geputzt wurde aber nur mit Blicke, benutztes leicht schmutziges Handtuch wurde zusammengelegt und wieder unters Waschbecken gelegt , Waschbecken selbst wurde nicht gereinigt auch nicht der Balkon und das aller schlimmste was ich noch nie erlebt habe meine neue Zahnpasta war weg also vermutlich gestohlen anders geht's nicht,das hat mich echt geärgert seitdem hingen wir das Schild an die Tür das sie nicht kommen brauchen. Die Türe beim öffnen hat immer gesteckt beim öffnen und mit ein Armband als Schlüssel ist es echt mühsam wenn man Sachen in der Hand hält und mein Sohn (8) bekam die Tür alleine nicht auf. Das Essen ist gut , Frühstück für alle was dabei nur halt immer das selbe jeden Tag beim Abendessen wird jeden 2t Tag gewechselt bei den Gerichten. Natürlich ist die Lage unschlagbar,Insel ,Ruhe nicht überlaufen,liegen und Schirme auf der gesamten Insel im Zimmerpreis inkludiert Pools sind alle sauber und genug Platz , Animation gibt es genügend.

The location on the remote island is absolutely beautiful and the shuttle boat is punctual and reliable. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing and staff were really friendly. Also, the bed (more specifically, the pillows) were extremely comfortable as you get two pillows per person, which is unusual as in our experience you usually get a thin thing that’s barely even considered a pillow but not in this hotel.
