Sve pohvale za ovaj predivan hotel i njegove predivne, vrijedne i ljubazne zaposlenike, prvi put smo bili ovdje i malo je reći da smo oduševljeni! Smještaj nam je bio odličan, sve je čisto i uredno, hrana fantastična, od srca pohvale svima! Plaže su prekrasne, ima sa svake strane i ne zna se koja je ljepša, centar grada udaljen samo nekoliko minuta kratkom šetnjom uz more ili stazom kroz hlad borove šume od hotela, auto nismo ni upalili otkad smo došli, kakav odmor! Dolazimo ako Bog da i iduće godine!

Konobari u kaficu su lose organizirani i ocito potkapacitirani za posao konobara. Nisu u stanju poslužiti niti pribor uz jelo.

Deras resturang var det sämsta jag någonsin har varit med om jag ville ha en vanlig burgare. Föst så fick jag en pizza när jag hade beställt en burgare och sedan tog det ca 40 min för att jag skulle få den och när jag hade fått den så var det ingenting på. Jag hade alltså fåt fel burgare och när de kom och skulle lägga på grejer så var det super äckligt det var en hård och stor ost skiva en salad som smakade som ruttet sjögräs och det var en tomat bit som var lika stor som brödet Om jag skulle få gå tillbaka i tiden så skulle jag aldrig ha ätit där och jag hoppas att ingen annan får samma upplevelse

Nekulturni i neprofesionalni konobari. Bezobrazluk na nivou. Pizze jako neukusne. Nakon više od pola sata čekanja tražili smo da nas netko posluži pa smo od 5 pića dobili dva. Otišli do šanka pitati ostala pića na što nam je baristkinja prevrnula očima i rekla: di vi uopće sjedite, pa dođite prvo platit. Kad smo rekli da ćemo ići i da nećemo platiti ni to što smo dobili ni hranu koju smo naručili tek smo onda dobili ostatak narudzbe. Ne da ne preporučam nego preporučam da zaobiđete osim ako želite samo kavu.

U ovom hotelu sve funkcioniše, ali fale po sobama još samo slike Josipa Broza Tita. Većina hotelskog inventara, osim restorana, je iz vremena socijalizma. Međutim, djeluje zapanjujuće kako sve radi besprekorno, vjerovatno zahvaljujući dobrim kućnim majstorima i sobaricama koje to održavaju besprekorno. Razočarali smo se u činjenici što smo za naš novac dobili mnogo manje nego što smo smatrali da ćemo dobiti. Proveli smo ovdje u hotelu 12 noći, na bazi polupansiona. Osim smještaja, doručka i večere, sve ostalo smo plaćali. Istini na volju, imali smo određene popuste, kao npr. 15% na hotelske restorane i popust na parking gdje sko plaćali dnevnu kartu 6 eura po danu. Hotelski bazen nije u funkciji, kao i još mnogo toga. Hotelska plaža ne postoji, tj. svi ležaji na plaži se plaćaju po komercijalnoj cijeni koja je od 20-40 eura dan. Na drugoj strani, što se tiče samog poluostrva ono je jako lijepo, sa jako čistim i pristupačnim plažama, sa mnogo mjesta, bez gužvanja sa ostalim kupačima. Sve u svemu, pozitivno iskustvo, ali smo očekivali da ćemo dobiti više za uložen novac za ljetovanje.

기본에 충실한 호텔. 패키지 상품으로 와서 숙박 선택지는 없었으나, 기대 이상이었던 호텔. 직원 친절하고 방 깨끗하고 벌레 없고 음식 맛있고 바다 가까워 수영하기 좋고 산책도 좋았음.

Położenie piękne ale obsługa hotelowa to tragedia. Próbowali oszukać mnie na płatności. Klimatyzacja niewydolna - praktycznie jej nie ma. W pokoju nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

Das Hotel liegt in einer wirklich wunderschönen Gegend – der Strand ist traumhaft und der Ausblick einfach herrlich. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr enttäuschend: Es wirkte alt und ungepflegt, mit Staub, Krümeln und Schmutz an vielen Stellen. Im Sommer hatten wir sogar Spinnen und Spinnweben im Zimmer. Besonders erschrocken war ich über das Bett – es hatte sichtbare Essensflecken und andere unschöne Spuren. Der Balkon war verstaubt, die Stühle wurden offensichtlich längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig: Haare im Waschbecken, ein schmutziger Boden, Kalk- und Wasserflecken in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Kaffee leider gar nicht mein Geschmack. Insgesamt hat mich die Lage des Hotels beeindruckt – das Meer ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – aber die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Zimmers waren für mich sehr enttäuschend. Ich hoffe, dass hier bald nachgebessert wird. Aktuell würde ich leider nicht nochmal buchen.

Comment peut-on être à la fois émerveillé et profondément déçu par la même expérience ? Ce que laissait augurer notre « Circuit Merveilles Naturelles de Croatie avec logement au Club Jumbo Zora 3 », dans un cadre paradisiaque n’ayant absolument rien à envier aux destinations les plus lointaines et en même temps un profond sentiment d’amertume provoqué par les nombreux points négatifs ayant émaillé ce voyage. A commencer par la chambre qui nous a été réservée au fin fond du bâtiment principal, dans un second bâtiment, équipée d’une baignoire haute de 62 cm, alors que nous avions explicitement demandé une chambre avec douche, si possible PMR, dans le bâtiment principal à proximité du restaurant. Le changement n’a pu avoir lieu que le lendemain. En attendant, nous avons voulu nous rafraîchir au bar devant une bouteille d’eau. Et bien, croyez-moi, elle coûte moins cher sur les Champs Elysées. Je passerai rapidement sur notre repas du soir qui relevait plus de la cantine scolaire que d’un restaurant digne d’un tel paysage de rêve. Quant aux boissons comprises dans la pension complète : de l’eau chaude, 4 soi-disant jus de fruit qui se révèlent n’être que des boissons chimiques, tout aussi chaudes, du vin rouge et blanc. Un seau de glaçon à proximité pour tiédir tout cela. Le pire étant qu’il était impossible d’avoir un broc et seul des verres (de cantine) étaient disponibles. Il fallait donc aller remplir nos 10 ou 12 cl d’eau de nombreuses fois, le temps du repas ou commander une bouteille de 75 cl d’eau fraîche au même tarif que ci-dessus, les jus et autres bières dans le même ordre de prix, mais fraîches. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons eu le sentiment que seul le profit importait dans cet hôtel et que la saison était courte. Quant à la chambre « PMR » que nous avons récupéré le lendemain, je passerai sur la propreté des lieux : des draps tachés de sang et des taies d’oreillers avec des traces d’on ne sait où ; la moquette d’où s’échappait « de la fumée » dès que nous marchions, la porte des WC qui était tellement détériorée et réparée qu’elle ne fermait plus, l’abattant des WC cassé, des accessoires fixés au mur tenant par miracle sur les chevilles et de l’entretien de ce lieu « de propreté » durant notre séjour. C’est un scandale, ce soi-disant 3* n’en mérite même pas une. Quel dommage ! Notre séjour prévoyait 4 excursions paradisiaques : Les chutes de Krka, les Lacs de Splitvice, la visite de Split et Trogir et le centre médiéval de Šibenik. Merveilleux, extraordinaire mais totalement inadapté pour des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer. Ce qui a été plus que signalé, car j’avais demandé et obtenu l’assistance à l’aéroport pour PMR. Heureusement que notre formidable guide a sauvé la situation en adaptant la visite au fur et à mesure à mon handicap. Merci Lucija ! Je suis persuadé que je ne conserverai que les merveilleux souvenirs des ces visites et ces décors fabuleux ; mais suis autant persuadé qu’à l’avenir je ne pourrai plus faire confiance à ce groupe d’agences de voyage que nous étions fiers de connaître il y a plus de 40 ans et qui nous avait embarqué dans des dizaines d’aventures.

A Beautiful Location for Families, with Room for Improvement We stayed at Hotel Zora in Primošten as a family of five, with children aged 14, 8, and 3. The location and the beach are absolutely superb – truly the highlight of our stay. The sea is just steps away, and the surrounding scenery is stunning. We booked the Premium Club Suite Seaside and Seaview, which is advertised as a 4-star experience. While the room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, the overall impression is more in line with a 3-star standard, especially considering that parts of the hotel are clearly in need of renovation. We hope this is something the management addresses soon, as the potential is definitely there. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves made it extra special – a lovely touch for anyone seeking a calming experience. As for the staff, we were very pleased with the reception and cleaning personnel – truly professional and kind. Some of the restaurant staff were equally excellent, while others unfortunately seemed unmotivated or disinterested. A smile and some enthusiasm go a long way, especially in hospitality – and if the role doesn’t suit, there are certainly many eager candidates out there. We had full board, and while drinks are not included during lunch and dinner, there was a 15% discount voucher available for use in the hotel’s restaurant and bar facilities during the stay. The food was varied and tasty – not gourmet five-star cuisine, but homey, fresh, and delicious, which suited our family perfectly. We really appreciated the effort put into offering good, satisfying meals every day. The beach area offers sunbeds, umbrellas, and cabanas for an extra charge. We chose to rent a cabana daily, and it was well worth it. Filip, who manages the cabana beach area, was outstanding – friendly, efficient, and always helpful. Renting a cabana also allowed us to create a little personal space, which was important, as some beachgoers didn’t respect personal boundaries. One area that really needs attention is the parking situation. While everyone can access hotel parking for 20 euros per day, it seems that many non-hotel guests are using it to access the beach. Unfortunately, they often ignore the parking policies, occupying areas intended for guests seeking a more serene, tree-covered beach experience. Even worse, many of them leave trash behind, which affects the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the beach. We believe the hotel should enforce better access control and beach maintenance to protect the experience for paying guests. In summary, Hotel Zora is in a dream location, perfect for families, with strong potential if renovations and staff consistency are prioritized. We had a lovely time and would consider returning – especially if improvements are made in the near future. We wish you all the best! Thank you!

Litt slitt, manglet kjøleskap på rom, men eller helt topp. Gode senger, topp beliggenhet i forhold til avstand til strand og by. 1 minutt gange til stranda, 10 minutters gange til sentrum. Frokosten var bra. Servicen var bra. Vi ba om nye håndklær til rommet, og de var der i løpet av 5 minutter. Renholdet var bra. Det de kan bli bedre på er at personalet smiler og hilser. Hotellet kan trenge en oppussing.
