Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war gemischt. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war inkonsistent: An einem Tag gab es ein gutes Buffet, an den anderen Tagen wurden leider nur Sandwiches oder Ham/Bacon und Eier serviert, was die Auswahl stark einschränkte. Ein weiterer Punkt war der Handtuchwechsel, der nur alle drei Tage erfolgte. Der Hauptkritikpunkt, der mich zu dieser Bewertung veranlasst hat, war jedoch die massive Lärmbelästigung durch regelmäßige Veranstaltungen im Hotel. Mehrfach hatten wir das Gefühl, direkt im Festsaal zu liegen, da die Musik extrem laut war. Obwohl mir vom Personal versichert wurde, die Musik würde maximal bis Mitternacht laufen, ging der Lärm empfindlich länger. Für Gäste, die am nächsten Tag arbeiten müssen, ist es äußerst mühsam, immer wieder vom lauten Bass und Geschrei ins Mikrofon geweckt zu werden. Dies beeinträchtigte die Erholung erheblich und war für mich leider ein sehr großer Minuspunkt.

Osoblje je mlado,ali to prosto ne znaci da usluga mora iliti treba biti losa. Ne znaju da prave aperol. Ne znaju da naprave pice. Naplate uredno votku+guaranu,a ne sipaju ni pola iste. Smesno,to se tako ne radi. I ne,nije nas bilo sramota momka da naucimo momka ,kako se servira i donosi trazeno. Oko aperol Spritz-a nije bilo pomoci. Takodje i mezetluk nije bio najbolji.Steta...Bili su nekad na dobrom glasu,makar sto se hrane i usluge tice.

I don't know where to start, but I can say it's a pity having such a nicely designed hotel, under such an amateur management. What they offer on booking.com doesn't respond to the reality. On our arrival the guy who came to us perhaps didn't even know about us. He asked "how can I help you". Huh? There was a problem with the wifi and the TV, so we didn't have them in our flat. There were 3 bath towels and we are 4. When we wanted to have dinner, the reception guy informed us that the restorant is not working. In the evening, under our balcony, where restaurant's garden is, there was a group of locals who were speaking very loud & smoking, so we could feel the smell of cigarettes all over in the apartment. In the morning the breakfast was tasteless and very poor. Horrible, tasteless sandwiches. The hotel seemed to us like abandoned, there was nobody, yet it looked nice and new. On the check out there was no discount of the price for the discomfort. I give some stars only to some members of the staff who were trying to fix some things, but failed to. Full respect to them. Otherwise it was a very, very unpleasant stay and in a way disrespectful to the guests of the hotel!!! We won't come back again.
