Kleines persönliches Hotel mit schönen modernen sehr sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal ist absolut engagiert und gut gelaunt! Das dazugehörige Restaurant Otok ist hervorragend in der Qualität und die Auswahl für unsere Halbpension am Abend war großartig, wir haben nach 7 Abendessen noch nicht alles durchprobiert. Allerdings haben wir einige Favoriten gleich mehrmals gewählt! Der Ort Supetar ist ursprünglich, wenn auch im Sommer voller vor allem junger Menschen und Familien. Es waren wenig Deutsche da, was uns sehr gefallen hat, denn im Urlaub möchte man ja andere Kulturen kennen lernen! Das Meer ist so klar wie es mir beschrieben wurde und unser erster Kroatien -Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg . Wir: Paar mit erwachsener Tochter

Wir wurden super nett empfangen und ins Zimmer geleitet. Wir hatten aufgewertet und ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, der Preis hat sich gelohnt. |Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das hervorragende Essen haben unsere Auswahl des Hotels bestätigt, es war alles klasse!!

The hotel is perfectly located between the port and beach area.|Room is really spacious and luxurious with quality mattress and bedding, and toiletries.|Exceptionally clean, room cleaned every day with new towels.|We stayed half board and ate there four times out of the week, the hotel food was excellent with loads of options. |The pool and saunas are in a beautiful setting with lovely view.|On check out as we left early we were given two lunch bags for our onward journey which was a lovely touch.|All staff really friendly and happy to help with anything. |Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were all nice, except from the guy at the roofbar. Felt like he didn't want us up there. Maybe he just had a bad day, but we choosed not to get up there more than once. All in all a very calm hotell, perfect for a pleasant stay in Supetar.

My husband Neil & I enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Croatia, staying at the Hotel Osam. The staff all made you feel very welcome, with a special thank you to Sacha. Her recommendations were excellent. Our room was very well kept throughout our stay and the food was excellent. Would most definitely return and recommend this hotel as it's in a great location with spectacular views of the harbour and beautiful sunsets every night enjoyed from the roof top bar.

My mum and I stayed at Hotel Osam for a week on a Jet2 holiday last week. The hotel is in a lovely location right on the harbour side with the beach right outside the door. Easy walking distance to the ferry and local bus station in Supetar make it an ideal spot.||The outdoor terrace restaurant was beautiful for breakfast and dinner, a great menu with some lovely seafood, local dishes and good vegetarian options. The staff were all great, very professional and friendly.||I’d like to make a special mention to Sasha at reception who was so welcoming from the moment we arrived and looked after us throughout our stay. Full of tips on places to go on the island by bus, favourite cafes, and great advise on visiting Split later in the day (to avoid the crowds and heat). ||Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is beautiful and in an extremely picturesque location. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, we sadly didn’t have a sea view but we did book the last room available. The air con worked well and there was an option for a mini bar but you had to call and get this filled which we didn’t as we only stayed one night. ||Sasha the receptionist was the highlight of our visit, such exemplary customer service and a genuine delight to encounter. ||The pool are is small but functional with sunbeds, I think it’s a hotel where most people go to the beach/use as a base rather than sunbathe all day. ||The rooftop bar is lovely. ||Where it lost a point was for our dinner, we went half board which includes a 3 course Ala carte meal. Sadly they forgot to put my order through for my main course so my partner had finished his and then some before mine came out, not ideal for a celebratory meal. The food was very tasty when it did come. ||Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return to Hotel Osam!

This is a really special hotel. The staff are charming, the rooms are immaculate, the view from the pool and bar stunning. The whole vibe is very classy. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight followed by a 50m walk for a sea swim.

Neprofesionalno i diskriminirajuće ponašanje na recepciji Prijateljica i ja smo boravile u hotelu samo jednu noć, dolazeći iz obližnjeg mjesta, i odabrale smo ovaj hotel zbog reputacije, 4 zvjezdice i preporuke prijatelja– očekujući profesionalnu uslugu i ugodan ambijent. Nažalost, dočekalo nas je iskustvo koje je bilo potpuno suprotno od toga. Na samom prijemu izrazito neuka recepcionerka (starija "gospođa", visoka i kovrčave kose) nas je ignorirala, a zatim s dozom podsmijeha pitala zašto smo došle. Kad smo rekle da smo tu da odradimo check-in, rekla je da izgledamo "previše plažno" za hotel – i to s ne baš skrivenom dozom osude. Prvo me obuzela fascinacija pridjevom "plažno" koja ne postoji u hrvatskom jeziku u tom kontekstu. No, nismo se previše time zamarale. Kasnije nam je sugerirala da ne idemo na bazen uz rečenicu: "Zašto bi cure iz Solina išle na bazen? ", što je i pasivno-agresivno i pretenciozno. Kasnije smo odlučile otići na plažu i na masažu. Na upit za masažu se nije potrudila ni provjeriti ima li termina, već nas je uputila da tražimo nešto "na plaži". Ispostavilo se da hotel naručuje masaže za goste – što sam sama kasnije uspjela dogovoriti direktnim pozivom. Nakon povratka s masaže ista osoba nas je dočekala riječima: "Pretpostavljam da niste bile na masaži?" – što je bila još jedna u nizu pasivno-agresivnih opaski. Kao žene koje su odlučile iskoristiti dan za odmor i opuštanje, bile smo procijenjene i omalovažene samo na temelju izgleda– i to u hotelu koji bi trebao promicati gostoprimstvo i profesionalnost. Uvažavanje gosta ne bi smjelo ovisiti o tome kako je odjeven ili koliko "važno" izgleda, pogotovo jer izgled vara- a u našem slučaju gotovo uvijek ;). Ovaj dojam ostavlja mrlju na cijelo iskustvo, bez obzira na ostale sadržaje. Očekujem od hotela ove kategorije više takta, kulture i profesionalnog standarda.

Mooi modern hotel gelegen op een perfecte locatie. Wij hadden kqmwr pool 2, top kamer met zeer ruim balkon.|Personeel professioneel en vriendelijk.||3 tips voor het hotel:|- schaf 1 of 2 extra koffiemachines aan. Nu vaak 20 min wachten op een kop koffie.|- zorg voor een mogelijkheid voor drankje bij zwembad|- rooftop prachtig, aanbod van finger food/snack zou het perfect maken.

The room was nice, decent size and felt spacious. The decor was nice but you rather got the impression no one who designed the room has ever tried staying in it, the wardrobe door doesn’t open properly as it catches on the light fitting, and a little extra illumination would be very helpful in the kettle area - described on their website as having a coffee maker and coffee cups - it actually has a kettle, cups, Nescafé sachets and fruit tea bags. (We would have bought an aeropress with if we had know there was not a coffee machine). Unusually for this grade of hotel there was also no hairdryer. However niggles aside it was a really nice, comfy room ! ||Breakfast was what you would expect a small selection of all of the usual things,- fruit, cereal, bread (a selection of lovely fresh baked!), a hot selection of streaky bacon, frankfurters, hot mixed veg and eggs, and pastries, waffles and pancakes put out first thing under a hot lamp, and a mix of very good cake and biscuits. The only things I would say let it down were juice from concentrate and a dreadful cantankerous push button coffee machine for guests to self serve which primarily emitted milk bubbles. It was our last day before we managed to establish that you could pay and get fresh juice and real coffee |Our dinner was included as we were half board, 3 courses, and there’s a good selection on the menu for all courses and we both tried a variety of options and very much enjoyed (and would recommend both the options under Croatian comfort food)||We did try the roof bar after dinner which is a lovely space and great view, but unfortunately does not serve coffee ! ||The indoor pool is nice, small, but a pleasant temperature. There is nowhere to get changed, nor are there any towels up there you need to take your own. There is also a sauna but it was not always on. ||Have to give a quick mention to Claudia in the restaurant who was unfailingly cheerful, always had a smile and happy to help

At Osam the very friendly and professional crew serve really superb meals. The hotel is a like ship, attentively run by a jolly crew creating great vibes and a captain with a clear guest focus. Sincerely one of the top establishments in its class, world wide. A true gem.

We are ember here one night and me and partner purchased the same dish spaghetti buzzard (prawns). My partner received 7 big prawns and I got 3 !! Come on chef concentrate. Useless. I had to go and tell them and they all looked at me blankly. Never went back especially as prices were so high.

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

We stayed here for four nights over Easter and loved it. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly and eager to ensure you have a good time. Of course we were here early in the season so things were just coming to life in the hotel. During our stay we started to have breakfast outside on the terrace and the rooftop bar opened. ||Rooms were nicely presented with great quality bedding and comfortable beds. There was a small nook on the balcony and two chairs to sit and admire the view. I sat one evening reading my book for hours. ||Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and good quality coffee. On Easter Sunday we were treated to a wider range including painted eggs roasted Ham and ham wrapped in pastry. ||There was a heated indoor pool that we never quite made it into but it was warm when we went to explore. There were also nice common areas, terraces and the rooftop bar opened top bar. ||We had two evening meals in the restaurant snd both times the food was delicious. In fact it was probably the best we had on Brac.||If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Supeter you can’t go far wrong with hotel Osam.
