Beautiful restaurant with excellent service and food options. I really recommend it for all travelers stoping by Trebinje. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, it is not crowdy.

Već nekoliko godina unazad posjećujem ovaj hotel sa porodicom. Sobe su uredne, prostrane, čiste i prijatne za boravak. Kreveti su udobni za odmor. Ukratko, higijena je na zavidnom nivou. Radnici na recepciji su jako prijatni i spremni odgovoriti na svako pitanje. Hrana za doručak je veoma ukusna i odlično spremljena. Hrana u samom restoranu je takođe sjajna, te je veoma bogat izbor. Lokacija je smještena u samom centru grada, te samim tim pruža mogućnost za potpuno uživanje i pristup svemu što je potrebno. Parking je fantastičan, uvijek se nađe slobodno mjesto. Hotel sadrži i terasu, koja je takođe prelijepa, odlična za popiti piće i slikati se. Zvučna izolacija između soba je veoma dobra; nismo imali problema tokom boravka. Sve u svemu, čitava organizacija hotela je odlična; sve preporuke od nas!!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Now it also has a spa part of the hotel by the the river, which was a nice experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast was earlier a choice from the menu, now it is a buffet. The buffet was a disaster: The bread was dry, everything that was supposed to be warm, was luke warm or cold. Even the coffee! The scrambled eggs was cooked for a long time and was hard and dry - inedible. The bacon was mere fat.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Καθαρά δωμάτια. Λίγο παραδοσιακό το ύφος της διακόσμησης. Υπάρχει και δεύτερο ξενοδοχείο με το ίδιο όνομα πιο μοντέρνο αλλά στις φωτογραφίες που έχει στην ιστοσελίδα δεν διαχωρίζει σαφώς πιο δωμάτιο ανήκει σε πιο ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό επαρκές αλλά ο καφές ανύπαρκτος. Μια απλή, μικρή, οικιακή καφετιέρα για καφέ φίλτρου εξυπηρετεί όλο το πρωινό. Εναλλακτικά αγοράζεις καφέ. Στον εσωτερικό χώρο του φαγητού επιτρέπεται το κάπνισμα.

Visited this hotel based on recommendation, honestly DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ! We arrived sometime in the afternoon and had spoken to the manager who was working at the front desk asked for availability and pricing since we basically arrived in the late afternoon and were only staying for the night she still charged us a FULL RATE for a whole day stay and not only a couple of hours ! As we have a baby and couldn’t look for other accommodation we just ended up staying there as the location was GREAT ! But that was the only good thing about this hotel is that it is in the city centre basically. We got our room and the door would not open we spoke to the lady manager at the desk and advised her of this she told us they had some motorbike riders stay there a couple nights before and they ruined the doors so we had to give it a little extra “nudge”. It felt like we were breaking into a bank the way we had to barge through the door which was SUPER annoying with a baby during naps if we had to leave the room it sounded like a bomb going off ! Parking luckily there was no one so we had space out the front but going in and out with your car was annoying as they had to come out and open it for you with the remote control they had ! Breakfast was poor for the price you pay !You can only choose one option per person which looks so poor when they serve it to you ! Apart from the location nothing else is good !

We were in Trebinje for the first time and we chose the Integra hotel based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our expectations according to the reviews we read were very bad.|We arrived in the late afternoon, although we announced that we would arrive later, no one told us that there would be no parking, even though we were told during the reservation that the hotel has its own parking lot. When we arrived, I first waited for the receptionist for 10 minutes and looked for him around the hotel, and then the gentleman appeared and when I asked where to park, he told me that unfortunately there was no space. When I asked what we should do with the car now, he first shrugged his shoulders, and only when I said that it was unacceptable and that during the reservation I was told that the hotel had a parking lot (one of the reasons why we chose it) did he suggest that we go to the nearby city parking lot and that the hotel would bear the parking costs. That's what they did. I asked to talk to the manager of the hotel to see if she had a better solution, but Milan talked to her and the two of them apologized, so he gave me a message that the manager agreed with his solution.|We stayed in the new part of the hotel, which is really nice and clean, modern and stylishly decorated.|A new unpleasant surprise was for breakfast. At 8:30 the breakfast was cold (eggs, pies...), the sliced cucumber had a yellow color which indicates its age, the cured meat products had a green color which also indicates that they are not for eating, the croissants were expensive and burnt. The husband waited 15 minutes. for a new round of croissants, but that round was also overcooked and black. Serious omission in the kitchen.|All in all, a very nice hotel, excellent location, but with unprofessional service and a bad breakfast. I would not repeat the choice of accommodation.

I'm not a hotel guest, but I enjoyed a meal here: Veal in Sweet Chili Sauce. It was served with baby potatoes with four types of cheese & crispy bacon. It was so good! It was open today, on Easter Sunday, and it was packed. The service and hospitality were top-notch. I will definitely return!

Extreme poor service. We have been waiting for 15min. Table was not cleaned up from former guests. Than they let us know that they do not provide food anymore. We left hungry and disappointed.

Seli za sto i čekali 10 minuta da se pojavi konobar. Kada se pojavio jedno pola sata smo ga u više navrata dozivali da dođe do stola i pokupi tanjire od predhodnih gostiju i da nam donese meni. Nakon sledećih pola sata dolazi da nas obavesti da hrane neće biti bar još pola sata jer osoblje ima pauzu. Ovakvo nepoštovanje od strane objekta i personala nisam nigde doživeo.

Nicht das, was man für den Preis erwartet. Der Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Für den Preis bekommt man definitiv nicht das, was man erwartet. Das Frühstück war spärlich – kaum Auswahl und einfach nicht ausreichend. Für eine zusätzliche Tasse Kaffee mussten wir extra bezahlen, was wirklich unnötig und irgendwie erbärmlich wirkt. Auch der Parkplatz war nicht im Preis inbegriffen und musste separat gezahlt werden. Insgesamt fühlt sich vieles nach versteckten Kosten an. Keine Empfehlung.

I only ate at the restaurant, I did not stay in this hotel, but the food is incredible. We tried many different dishes and each one was better than the last. We had some good local wine and wonderful desserts. The service was great, all the people working at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I really love this place.
