This is a good option for stay in Split. Firstly, the staff are excellent and both welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned (physical keys, old decor) but nothing to complain about. The location is a 10 minute walk from the buzzy centre which can be a positive or negative depending on what you want. They have good parking at hotel. Breakfast is standard/good.

We had a very pleasant stay. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, who were incredibly attentive to the guests. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets exceptionally clean, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. We highly recommend this place.”

Sehr saubere und grosse Zimmer. Freundliche Angestellte. Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben sogar Frühstück to go erhalten, weil wir bereits wegen unserem Flug um 5:30 auschecken mussten.

Direi che questo hotel che si trova appena fuori il centro di Spalato, anche se non ha un arredo moderno come piace a me, devo dire che è molto pulito, le camere sono spaziose e il personale estremamente gentile e simpatico. La colazione è abbondante e curata. Siamo rimasti per una notte e tutto è andato bene.

El personal es muy amable y simpático. La ubicación esta bien, a 15-20min andando del centro de Split. La habitación es muy grande, aunque el hotel y las instalaciones son un poco antiguas Hay parking en el exterior, uno de tierra gratis (en el que es dificil encontrar sitio) y el hotel tiene plazas reservadas por 15€/dia

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Stadt aber ruhig. Netter Empfang und sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist ansich gross genug, jedoch wirkt alles aus den 90er. Es ist sauber auch das Badezimmer. Die Dusche ist hier sehr schwierig zu benutzen. Es ist eine Badewanne die sehr hoch ist und man riskiert aus zu rutschen. Klima, Wlan und TV funktionieren. Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas spärlich, das Personal wirkt desinteressiert und ist nicht "präsent" beim Gast.

Super netter Empfang, sehr freundlich und informativ.||Zimmer war gut abdunkelbar, Tür zum Flur leider nicht gut schall isoliert. Insgesamt etwas altbacken, alles funktioniert (Tv, Klima,...)||DIe Dusche ist eine Badewanne, sehr hoch und rutschig um rein/raus zu gelangen. Das Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr sauber, inkl. Bad.||Bedienung im Frühstücksraum ok, Buffet klein und könnte besser.||Parkplatz auf Anfrage möglich.||Wir können die vorherigen Bewertungen nicht nach vollziehen. Für uns überbewertet, Preis Leistung stimmt nicht wirklich.

Nahe am Stadtzentrum gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The hotel is charming and decorated with older furniture which makes it very interesting versus the typical modern day and sterile standards found in most hotels. However, the room I had needed some attention: the light fixtures lacked bulbs that were not burned out; the shower did not work well and the window did not close completely, so the cold air was somewhat of an issue overnight. The breakfast was less than optimal, as compared with other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very friendly and helpful. for which I was appreciative.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall, it was a good experience for the price. The room wasn't perfect, but it was clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was average – nothing special, but it did the job. If you're looking for luxury, this might not be the place, but if you want a decent stay without spending too much, it's a solid option.

This hotel was in a quiet location close to a grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping opportunities within the local neighborhood. It wasn't down in what most people would consider the heart of Split but the walk down to the waterfront wasn't very far.
