I do not recommend this restaurant — not even for a coffee. The waiter got our order wrong, and due to food intolerances, we couldn’t drink it. Despite this, they aggressively and arrogantly forced us to pay for it.

Det här hotellet är det som gör "det där lilla extra". Utmärkt läge, allting perfekt städat, underbar personal, bra frukost. Enda felet jag kan komma på är att stolarna i resturangen är obekväma (ok, jag är 2 meter lång, så det kanske inte bekymrar alla). Mitt pass hade ramlat ur fickan, städerskan hittade det när vi var halvvägs till flygplatsen i Split. Hotellet slängde in det i en taxi som körde 140 km gratis. Det kallar jag service.

I believe they have the best pizza in town. Always had great service and I thought the prices were reasonable. I am from Canada and I wish we had something like this there. Can’t wait to visit again. Great food, views, and atmosphere

We have just returned from Hotel Biokovo and it is definitely not a 4* hotel. The location is excellent on the harbour front within easy reach of the town and beach. Some sites suggest free parking at the hotel, this is not the case. It is €20 per night if available. So if you do have a car, factor this into the cost.|We contacted the hotel twice by email before arrival to secure parking and to ask for an upgrade to a room with a balcony. Both emails were ignored. We upgraded on arrival (€20 a night) only to find the sun blind controller was missing in our room. In the heat the balcony cannot be used without a sun-blind. We asked about it in reception and as we were there for 10 days thought they might locate a new controller but no. We asked to move to a room where the sun canopy works but no. There are I believe 4 sea view rooms with sun canopy’s but only two work. There seems to be no provision in this hotel to get anything fixed that isn’t working. Our curtains kept falling off the rail but that wasn’t fixed either.|The room (non smoking) had a strong smell of smoke which we also complained about to no avail. We overheard another guest at breakfast complaining of the smell of smoke in their room and I have since scrolled through the reviews and it seems a recurring theme.On arrival we had to ask for clean towels as the ones in the room were dirty. The towels have seen better days too.|We contacted our holiday rep who tried to contact the hotel on our behalf who was also ignored.|In summary this is nowhere near a 4* hotel.
