Bin gerade gestern angekommen. Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung. Was mich aber des extrem aufregt, sind die Touristen, welche um 06.00 alle Liegen reservieren. Wiso bringt es kein Hotel hin dagegen etwas zu unternehmen??? Das ist ziemlich ärgerlich wenn mann um 08.30 zum Strand geht und die Liegen noch 3h von einem Tuch besetzt sind. Vielleicht sollten die Deutschen ihr verhalten einmal überdenken…

Stayed here for a week with family on arrival we were upgraded to a corner suite on top floor great surprise ||Overall hotel a good standard ||Food had good choice location is great near town and right on sea ||Not many brits here felt hotel was more favoured towards the Croatian’s Italians Germans ||Think hotel does need tweaking to be a real 5 star hotel think some of the service let hotel down air conditioning was a bit intermittent ||Rooms were cleaned to a good standard ||Spa was lovely gym was good standard ||We flew into Pula airport transfer was a bit too fat 1hr 1/2 ||Opjatia town wasn’t to far walk nice restaurants along promande fairly quite compared to other resorts we have stayed in July ||Overall would give hotel 8 out of 10 but have stayed in better 5 star hotels

Schon zum wiederholten Male im Ambasador und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Haben dieses Mal auch das Spa ausprobiert-war okay. Frühstücksbüffet war alles sehr gut, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

As a family ,we have just returned after staying for a week at the Ambassador Hotel Opatija.|What can I say .It was fabulous.|From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile,and that continued throughout the week.|We were in the older part of the hotel,which was perfect.Lovely rooms,they were a bit bigger than the main part of the hotel.So lovely and quiet.|The location is first class.|The view, spectacular,the town beautiful.|Access to the beach is as good as you will get in Opatija.So so easy,even with children.|The pool is perfect,as is the first class spa.|We were on a bed and breakfast deal,which was perfect.The breakfast is superb.|If you are thinking of staying in Opatija,you could not go wrong with the Ambassador.|The walk along the Lungomare ,access from the hotel is ,well,is just beautiful.|May I say a big thank you to the staff.Excellent first class service throughout.|Marina from reception,well,she is a credit to the hotel.Could not ask for more.Thank you Marina.|The same goes for Boris and Edi , running the beach and beach bar .They never stop working, catering for your every need. Extremely hot,but nothing was a problem.|Muhamed in the restaurant was very very helpful and informative.Very calm and nothing was a problem.|The same can be said for Danijella from the restaurant.|Always smiling and very very helpful.Lovely lady.Thank you.|Francis who was helping with the cleaning department,ie rooms,was just a gentleman,and always had time for you .Thankyou Francis,and your team.|The rooms were spotless.|I mentioned just five members of staff.But all that we had the opportunity to liaise with were a credit to the hotel.|We will definitely be back , hopefully shortly.|You cannot go wrong with the Ambassador.

I had a truly wonderful time at Hotel Ambassador in Opatija. From the moment I arrived, everything—from the stunning sea views to the exceptional service—made my stay unforgettable. Hotel Ambasador ist wirklich ein wunderschönes, luxuriöses und herzliches Hotel! Alles war super sauber, ordentlich und hat gut gerochen – ein echter Genuss zum Verweilen. Das Personal im Wellnessbereich war einfach toll, freundlich, immer mit einem Lächeln und sie verstehen wirklich ihren Job – Hut ab! Der Strand hat mich begeistert – sauber, ruhig, alles an seinem Platz, und die Jungs dort sind immer hilfsbereit, bringen Liegen, echt klasse. Frühstück war fantastisch – vielfältig, alles frisch und lecker, da findet wirklich jeder was. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett, höflich und immer bereit zu helfen, auch als ich mal mit der Karte was durcheinander gebracht hab. Alles in allem – ein Hotel, das man nur empfehlen kann!

It’s hands-down the best hotel I’ve stayed at, with an unbeatable location surrounded by top-notch bars, cafes, and restaurants. The private beach is a gem; pristine, with the clearest sea I’ve ever seen. The rooms are stunning, offering breathtaking sea views that make every moment feel luxurious. The value for money is incredible, and the food is simply divine. I can’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars for an unforgettable stay!

Hotel Ambassador was a real discovery! Located in the heart of the city, with an excellent location, it allowed me easy access to all the major tourist attractions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly and professional receptionists, who quickly checked us into our room.||The room was spacious, modernly decorated, and exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a cozy bed to a TV with many channels, a minibar, and free WiFi. Additionally, the view from the window was amazing!||I must particularly praise the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was abundant, diverse, and delicious, with many fresh ingredients and local delicacies. The service was impeccable.||The staff was always ready to help, whether it was recommending restaurants or organizing transfers. Although the hotel also has a wellness area, I didn't have time to try it, but I definitely plan to next time.||Overall, my stay at Hotel Ambassador was pleasant and relaxing, and I would definitely return!

Last weekend, I spent an unforgettable time at the Ambassador hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly staff and a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious, modernly decorated, and had a balcony with a breathtaking view.||I spent most of my time at the pool and in the wellness center. I relaxed in the sauna and later enjoyed a massage that helped me completely unwind. The food in the restaurant was excellent – I tried various dishes, and I especially liked the fresh fish and homemade desserts.||In the evening, I walked along the promenade, enjoying the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves. Everything was calm and peaceful, exactly what I needed after a busy week.||My stay at the Ambassador was short, but fulfilling and relaxing. I went home with a smile on my face and a wish to return soon.

Just a perfect vacation in Ambasador! Everyone is so kind and nice and service is perfect. Room is comfortable and clean, food is super tasty and swimming pool is huge. We will be back!

The hotel is big without losing charm, a perfect combination of comfort and sophistication. Our bedroom was huge and everything worked well. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had. I had the Ambassador massage and spent a great deal of time around the saltwater swimming pool… what a life!!! I will definitely return!!!
