I’ve reached out to this hotel three times via email and their contact form over the past two weeks, but received no response at all. Not sure if they’re even still operating. I was interested in booking, but their complete lack of communication doesn’t inspire any confidence.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. I was reserved at a nearby hotel that was not at all what the reviews stated. Upon meeting Kristina, who was helping arrange a business meeting at the property, she was able to get me a room for the remaining nights of my Pula trip. Dolores made everything easy and prompt for check in. Thank you to them both! Traveling for work internationally is not easy and the team made me feel right at home. The property is gorgeous, pool and sea areas are luxe, food excellent and my room perfectly appointed. The bed and bathroom were luxury quality. Breakfast was great. I plan on coming back to Pula and will stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff of the hotel!

PECCATO....hotel molto bello,pulito con una piscina a sfioro vista mare super...ma veniamo alle note dolenti..all arrivo chech-in con pagamento immediato dell intero importo del soggiorno( bah) indicazioni sbrigative della struttura e via...mezza pensione con colazione e cena a buffet...un consiglio ai cuochi CAMBIATE LAVORO,qualita' del cibo sorvoliamo .. antipasti ripetitivi...primi stendiamo un velo pietoso,...la mattina c e la corsa ai lettini in piscina con gente che parcheggia i salviettoni alle 8.00 e si fa vedere alle 14.00 del pomeriggio....da migliorare.. .peccato... la atruttura merita,posto tranquillo ,in camere ci sono le capsule x farsi il caffe' ( che vengono aggiunte ogni volta terminate) vista dalla camera splendida...ma mi spiace la cucina bocciata

Wir waren für insgesamt 6 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber wirkt edel aber nicht überheblich und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Alle Mitarbeiter sind immer bemüht das es den Gast an nichts fehlt. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch, die Auswahl genau richtig, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist 5,2 Kilometer vom Innenstadtkern entfernt. Also entweder mit dem Bus Haltestelle ist 200 Meter entfernt oder halt dem Auto. Bei guten Wetter was ja meistens so ist muss man schnell am Pool sein da sonst keine Liegen mehr da sind. Alles in allem war es sehr schöner Urlaub

The Hotel is built on high level of quality, organization, food, drinks and the staff is very friendly. Specially Dario Mijatovic was so nice to us. We had a great time here. we were lucky to see a stunning sunset 🌅

Пляжный персонал испортил весь отдых в этом прекрасном отели. Номера хорошие, завтраки одинаковые, ужины хорошие. Пляжные палатки и шезлонги оказываются платными. Пляжный персонал за оплату может вам предоставить место, и даже умудрились продать места на которых мы разместились, но когда поняли что ошиблись, то барышню с ребенком которою положили на наше место, сразу перенесли в VIP палатку. И кстати эта барышня была не с отеля Brioni. Вот почему не хватает мест у моря гостям отеля. Персонал их продает всем прихожим. Для такого уровня отеля -это очень неприемлено. Мы приехали отдыхать, а не бегать искать место у моря, а эти места ты оказывается можешь купить. Позор!!

Хорошее место. Номера прекрасные. Еда вкусная. Но занят место на пляже очень проблематично, так как пляжный персонал сам раскладывает полотенца, и потом продает эти места.

In general, this is a very nice hotel. Advantages: - fantastic interior - amazing concierge service - hotel team is friendly and responsive - nice breakfasts (but no prepped oatmeal🥲) - sea next to the hotel has amazing turquoise color and is very clean and warm Disadvantages: - desserts for the dinner are terrible. Although I am a sweet tooth, I opted for fruits almost every evening. At the same time, the desserts served for breakfast were very nice! - number of sun-beds is definitely smaller than number of guests. Get ready to come early in the morning to have one. But in this case, keep it respectful and stay there (don’t disappear till the late midday)

The headline is that this hotel is just luxury. It's situated right on the sea, it is truly beautiful. However, although it is such a grand hotel in an amazing setting, the expensive price point does justify a fair review for people to consider before investing in a visit. Rooms - are on the small side. The beds however are very comfortable. The air con is good but noisy and as a result we did have to switch off and therefore had some warm sleeps. The room comes with a safe, tea bags, kettle and a illy coffee machine. Service - this was the biggest disappointment. We stayed 7 nights and only had the usual day cleaning on our second day. Despite leaving the "please make the room" sign out very early, once even at 6am, the room was never cleaned and we were never provided with clean towels, new shower gels etc. I always had to talk to reception (once, three times in one day as we had no clean towels and they didn't clean the day before). Our room was only cleaned 3 or 4 of the 7 nights we stayed. You wouldn't accept this service at a budget hotel, completely unacceptable. I can only assume there are staffing issues and must prioritise cleaning for new arrivals. Note that when you can finally manage to negotiate a clean, they do leave a new bottle of still and sparkling water which is a great touch. This level of service is something to consider though before booking. Food - quality of what is served for breakfast and lunch is excellent and service here is outstanding especially the breakfast staff. I would just say having spent 7 nights that the breakfast is literally 100% the same every day, there is literally no variety - I would have been disappointed with this even spending two nights. The evening buffet was ok. We tried it once and it's average and I'm glad we didn't pay for half board Pool area - clean, and just spectacular it really is. Sitting on a lounger overlooking the sea, amazing. Staff brilliant. There is the usual problem of people taking the best positioned beds and leaving towels there all day. Location - it is remote. You can walk 10 minutes to the nearby hotel complex which has a few shops and restaurants. You can also walk 10 mins to the bus 2a or 3 which takes 25 mins to get to the old town, - or take a taxi. The point is it is a remote resort so if want something more lively and not fully in the hotel, do have a think. Incident - when we returned late we walked past a young guy sitting on the sidewalk playing very loud music through his speaker. Unfortunately for us we were awaken at 1am by what you can only describe as a full on party from a room a couple of doors down. It must have been the same speaker the whole room and floor was shaking. You could hear multiple voices, men, women all chanting. We happened to have a 6am trip booked and it took two plus hours for the hotel to sort it - several people in that room including the guy with the speaker were definitely not likely to be guests - the hotel didn't handle this well at all - I don't know if this happens regularly but they did treat us to dinner and a bottle of wine which was class on their part. The other disappointing bit, and this is everywhere in Croatia or perhaps countries that have weaker smoking laws but literally smoking is everywhere. You can be eating and people literally light up and point the cigarettes to you without a care. You can be sitting on a lounger and the same thing. Cigarette butt's are everywhere around Pula although the hotel itself does a good job of cleaning. Top tip for the hotel- ban Cigarettes by the pool, the loungers and anywhere people are eating. Perhaps have a smoking part of the pool or site - not everyone wants a holiday where they are passively smoking several times a day and returning to their rooms smelling of Cigarettes. Overall as I said in my headline this is luxury it's beautiful but it has challenges which for the price charged should simply not be there. I also note that there is little in the way of entertainment. They sometimes have a singer but its very low key and not advertised anywhere.
