We recently stayed at Family Hotel Amarin and would definitely consider coming back — largely on our kids’ request! They absolutely loved it. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were lucky to receive an upgrade to a larger room. It was also our child’s birthday during the stay, and the hotel surprised him with a lovely cake — such a thoughtful gesture. The rooms themselves are comfortable but quite basic and a little outdated. The same goes for the pools — functional, but crowded and showing their age. That said, the kids had a great time, especially enjoying the slides. The beach area is toddler-friendly and accessible. The food is very kid-friendly but not particularly exciting or luxurious. It tends to be repetitive, though the salad bar stood out as fresh and well-stocked. Now for the highlight: the kids’ club. This is where Amarin truly shines. The staff is absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and clearly experienced with children. Our kids adored the soccer and swimming programs, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our youngest in their care for short periods. Their enthusiasm and care made a huge impact on our holiday, and it’s the main reason we’d return. That said, for parents looking for a luxurious spa or adult-focused experience, this might not be the right fit. The wellness and spa offerings felt limited, and the hotel is clearly designed with children as the main priority. In summary, it’s a fantastic choice for families with young kids, but less so if you’re hoping to relax in high-end surroundings as an adult. We’d return for the kids — not so much for ourselves.

Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr komfortabel und alle Mitarbeiter Hilfsbereit, die gesamte Anlage in einem Top Zustand, das Buffet zu. Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war einfach spitze, die Auswahl Riesig, es lohnt sich dort Urlaub zu machen und für Die Kinder ein super Erlebnis

Perfect hotel for families with children, amazing location and view. Plenty of activities for children and variety of food. Third time for us in this hotel on our kids demand. We were upgraded by Ivan to a room with best view. On the downside, very pricey comparing to previous years hence the 3 stars on myside. We had an unpleasant experience as our belongings were stolen in the beach, the time that we were swimming in the sea. We were dissapointed by the hotel staff indifference.

This is the first time in a very very long time that I have absolutely zero complaints. The staff is extremely professional and very friendly. Everything is maintained and cleaned regularly. The facilities are modern and seem new or well maintained. The grounds are amazing, the greenery is beautiful and the lot is huge. The beach is great and has natural shade; water extra clean. But all of that is irrelevant when you compare to the content they have for kids. Where ever you are in the hotel or the grounds, there’s something for your kid to do - from numerous playgrounds, to kids clubs where you can leave your kid with wonderful teta-s (women taking care of kids), to the beloved net in the lobby, no stairs, water toys (inflatable stuff) free of charge for guests to use, kids shampoos and bathrobes,…. The restaurant has kid friendly options, as well as the baby corner where you can pick what foods they blend for your smallest ones. You basically don’t need to bring anything special for your kid, they will have it here. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Though, it is definitely not the best option if your kid-free 😅

Pohvala za gospođicu Andromedu, recepcionerka. Vrlo strpljiva,nasmiješena, lako prelazi s hrvatskog na engleski i obratno. Što god da ju pitate, odgovara sa smiješkom. Za nju nema glupih pitanja. Profesionalna u svakom pogledu. Dječji club odličan. Youth staff se super odnosi prema djeci. Velike pohvale što dezinficiraju svoj prostor.

Kreveti nisu narocito udobni, pomocni za djecu posebno. Malo luksuznije sobe bi valjalo imati. Generalno ljubaznost ukupnog osoblja bi trebalo biti na vecem nivou. Poneki osmijeh ne bi bio visak! Sve pohvale posebno za Lovor restoran/bar i plazu ispod njega. I okolina i priroda u sklopu hotela su sjajni! Kao i zabavni sadrzaji za djecu!

Es war wieder ein unvergesslicher Urlaub im Family Hotel Amarin in Kroatien / Istrien. So soll ein Urlaub sein. Unterkunft, Essen, Personal, die unglaubliche Vielfalt die Kids zu beschäftigen, alles Bestnoten, volle Punktzahl. Positiv erstaunt uns wieder wie sehr sich alles auf der weitläufigen Anlage verläuft, trotz der vielen Urlauber bei ausgebuchter Unterkunft. Immer freie Liegen am Pool und den zwei Stränden. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, vermutlich zukünftig als Stammgäste.

Es war wunderbar. Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Normalerweise müssen wir unsere Kinder überreden in den Kinderclub zu gehen, diesmal mussten wir sie überreden raus zu kommen. Es hat ihnen sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten viel Zeit für uns zum entspannen. Tolle Anlage, sehr sauber, viele Kinder Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder!
