We just returned home after a 10-day stay at this hotel with our two children (2yr & 3yr); It was an exceptional vacation. All the staff were wonderful, and engaging- the bar staff (especially Sara), reception desk, support staff and entertainers (special shout-out to Stewart) were very friendly and made us feel very special. The food was delicious, with great variety - for every meal. There was always something todo for us and the children, and the evening "dance party" has now become a standard evening routine for our kids to get that final bit of energy out. The proximity of the hotel to the beautiful city of Zadar is also a huge plus. We are definitly coming back for more, you just wait!

Our family of four (kids age: 4 and 1) just spent six nights here and we all loved it! We‘ll definetly come back for longer. Falkensteiner Funimation Borik is perfect for families. The personal is always friendly and the service is great! The food is delicious and veried. Unfortunately, the only thing we missed were sunbeds at the pool area. Sunbeds reservations should be forbidden since the guests are camping with towels from 7 AM. We tried to be fair but failed to get a sunbed. However, we took our picnic blanket and were able to lay down on grass.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, perfectly located, and the service exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.

Waren letzes Jahr dort nach 2 Tagen Bauchvirus 3 Kinder im Spital Urlaub Katastrophe. Uns wurde vom Hotelmanager 3 Freie Tage versprochen aber wo ich buchen wollte wurde nichts gemacht . Sehr schlechter Umgang mit Kunden Obwohr viel bezahlt wurde . Nicht zu Empfehlen!

Hier gibt es alles, was das Kinderherz begehrt: Pools, Animation, Kinderakademien (wie Cheerleading, Fussball, Volleyball usw.), Indoor-Spielplatz, Wasserrutsche, eine supergroße Speisenauswahl, Sandstrand (wenn auch mit einigen Metern Rutschgefahr durch Steine) und jederzeit ein freundliches Lächeln der Angestellten. Der Service ist wirklich lobenswert, daher haben wir über die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Außenanlage gern hinweggeschaut - hier und da gibt es schon Sanierungs- bzw. Reinigungsbedarf (z.B. Wände im Bereich des Indoorpools). Dennoch hatten wir viel Spaß. Ein großes Lob auch an Kris, den Illusionisten, der uns am letzten Abend ganz exklusiv mit unglaublichen Kartentricks ins Staunen versetzt hat.

Urlaub 2025 im Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik – Wiederholungstäter mit Freude Wir waren für 12 Tage im Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik – nicht zum ersten Mal – und haben erneut einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub erlebt. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das engagierte Reinigungspersonal, das den ganzen Tag im Einsatz ist – gerade im Pool- und Sanitärbereich. Die Verpflegung hat sich im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren deutlich verbessert: abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders gelungen: der kroatische Grillabend und das Dinner im Innenhof. Das Servicepersonal war aufmerksam und freundlich – individuelle Wünsche wurden gemerkt und automatisch berücksichtigt. Auch an den Bars fühlten wir uns sehr wohl – besonders die Barbara Bar mit Barkeeper Marko war ein echtes Highlight. Die Getränke waren qualitativ gut, das Ambiente angenehm. Das Animations- und Sportangebot war kreativ und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Shows (z. B. Harry Potter oder der Zirkusabend) waren mit Herzblut gemacht. Besonders positiv fanden wir den fünftägigen Fußballkurs mit Hannover 96 sowie die Schwimmkurse – kompetent, herzlich und kindgerecht. Auch Aqua-Aerobic und Tennis wurden angeboten. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, wurde von uns aber wetterbedingt kaum genutzt. Die Abendunterhaltung war abwechslungsreich: Kino mit Meerblick, Live-Musik und gute Shows – angenehm, ohne zu laut zu sein. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber renovierungsbedürftig – hier sollte Falkensteiner dringend investieren. Die Rezeption war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Ein charmantes Familienhotel mit vielen Stärken und Potenzial zur Weiterentwicklung. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Service, das Sportangebot und die Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder – mit dem Gefühl, dass es weiter bergauf geht.

Úžasný pobyt za nami, od check-inú na recepcii až po check-out všetko prebiehalo super. Výborne jedlo, veľmi priateľsky personal hlavne animátori, naše deti si užili veľa zábavy, hlavne na akadémiách science a pri varení s Viki a Oliverom, sú úžasný deti si ich veľmi obľúbili. Nechýbal ani program pre dospelých, našou obľúbenou aktivitou bol aquagym a volejbal. Super pobyt, relax a zábava v jednom. Určite sa vrátime.

Odmor koji se isplati. Sobe čiste i uredne,svakodnevno čiste. Ekipa za šankom super,ujutro te kava čeka čim te vide da ulaziš nutra. Sara top osoba za šankom! Animatori,djeca su više boravila s njima nego u bazenu,Jeton je Gospodin koji zrači energijom prema Vama,a još više prema djeci,dali je to hodnik,restoran ili bilo koji dio hotela uvjek je nasmijan,pozdravalja top osoba. Usluga u restoranu je vrhunska. Vračamo se iduče sezone.

The property has potential, but during our stay we noticed a few aspects that could benefit from more attention. In general, the hotel would need better maintenance, both in the rooms and common areas. In our room, we received towels that were not perfectly clean on two separate occasions, which was a bit surprising. At the pool bar, the glasses often had an aftertaste of previous drinks, suggesting they hadn’t been washed thoroughly. We’d also like to mention the pool area, where some of the underwater lights were broken or loose. This could be a safety concern, especially for children. We believe that with a bit more care in cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep, the overall guest experience could improve significantly.

Sobe opremljene svime što treba, kreveti udobni, usluga odlična, jako ljubazno osoblje. Hrana je ukusna, izbor solidan. Plaža i nije baš najbolja, zbog pijeska djeluje kao da je uvijek prljavo i jako dugo je plićak, ali vrlo blizu je gradska plaža Borik koja je puno ljepša - šljunak, bistro more, a ima i hlada ispod borova. Ono što je svakako ostavilo traga su animatori. Posebno bih izdvojila dvojicu tamnoputih koji pršte energijom, a jedan od njih odlično radi i s djecom. U Tramontana baru ljubazni, veseli, uslužni i jako brzi, ekipi sve pohvale. Bend Duo Borgo odličan! A poseban dojam je ostavio i iluzionist koji je doslovno spasio jednu kišnu večer svojim trikovima. Sveukupno jedno jako lijepo iskustvo i dobar odmor.
