Not Worth the Money Pillows and bed had yellow stains — very unhygienic and disgusting. Reception promised a free upgrade after our original booking was canceled, but we were charged full price for five nights. Felt like a scam for extra profit. The Asian cleaning ladies were kind and respectful, but the two Serbian women were rude and lazy, even asking us to hand them our trash. Very disappointing stay. Not recommended.

Брала номер эконом на одну ночь. Номер чистый и аккуратный, видно что не новый, но каких-то повреждений я не обнаружила. Постель большая, есть расходники(гель для душа, шампунь и тапочки), кондиционер, мини-холодильник. Вай-фай есть. Завтрак нормальный, в формате шведского стола. Персонал на ресепшене отзывчивые, знают английский. Всё понравилось, возможно буду останавливаться здесь ещё.

It was a good and clean hotel but we didnt have long time ,couldn't enjoy the hotel and food just a few hours to sleep.. unfortunately there were mosqitoes and it was a a little hard to sleep..

Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs and Poor Maintenance ★☆☆☆☆ I strongly advise staying away from Belgrade City Hotel. We stayed in room 18D and woke up the next morning covered in bed bug bites – over 30 between the two of us. It was a nightmare. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, it was clear they were already aware of the problem, yet nothing has been done to fix it. To make matters worse, the air conditioning units are extremely loud, leak water, and seem like they’re 100 years old. They barely function and make it hard to sleep. This place seriously needs renovation and better hygiene standards. Avoid this hotel until they take pest control and maintenance seriously.

Very nice room. Helpful and friendly staff. As non-smokers, the strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby and the restaurant bothered us and it is the only reason we chose a different hotel on the way back through Belgrade. I appreciated the parking availability in the courtyard for 10 Euro for the night. Excellent location.The room we stayed at, was not anything special but it was clean and quiet. The staff at the reception were very kind, helpful and made us feel as if we were friends! One of them speaks Greek fluently, so it was even more convenient for us. Breakfast is good but without surprises as it is the same every morning. But you can have a descent breakfast and begin the sightseeing! The location is very good as you can reach points of interest in 10-15 min on foot.

Корпус anex маленькие номера, нет розетки, сейф не работает. |Завтраки очень скромные. Яйца наверное повар жарит с вечера, всё холодное. Сосиски, колбаски холодные. Вчерашний остаток снова подаётся на следующей день. Кофе не вкусный, молоко холодное. Менеджеру нужно обратить внимание на качество приготовления завтрака. Wi-fi работал нормально. На ресепшн приветливый парень и молодая девушка. Женщина неприятная и не хотела ответить на пару вопросов.|Расположение хорошее, трг Саввы.|Это не четыре звёзды отель, а три
