Wir hatten hier 4 Wunderbare Urlaubstage! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet, und die Spiegeleier und der Orangensaft wurden uns immer frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg. Vielen Dank an Dijana & Luka für die wunderschöne Zeit im B&B Villa Perla!

Spędziliśmy tydzień w Villi Perla z ośmioosobową rodziną na początku lipca. Jesteśmy zadowoleni i usatysfakcjonowani pod każdym względem z pobytu. Aż żal było wyjeżdżać. Pensjonat nowy, w tym roku otwarty, niech nikogo nie wystraszy na portalach z hotelami, że to nowość i może nie istnieć lub jest nie jeszcze sprawdzony i że ma niewiele opinii. Nie może być wiele, bo funkcjonuje od tego sezonu, ale za to WSZYSTKIE pozytywne. Wszystko od początku do końca spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Gospodarze, Dijana i Luka, wraz ze swoim synkiem przywitali nas po przyjedzie, zapoznali z budynkiem i zaopatrzyli w informacje o pobliskich plażach, sklepach, restauracjach i zabytkach w okolicy. Zawsze służyli pomocą. Atmosfera naprawdę jak w domu. Budynek nowoczesny. Pokoje jak ze zdjęć, piękne i bardzo czyste. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Woda w łazience gorąca. W pokojach było sprzątane co drugi dzień, a nawet w środku pobytu zostało wymienione prześcieradło i poszewki, co nie zdarza się w innych hotelach. Zajmowaliśmy 3 pokoje. Dijana, sama od siebie, umieściła nas wszystkich na tym samym piętrze. 🥰Śniadania, choć tak się bałam, że po prostu kontynentalne jak to w Chorwacji bywa, były urozmaicone, różniły się codziennie a byliśmy tam aż tydzień. Co rano była niespodzianka - przy śniadaniu Dijana i jej współtowarzyszka Valentina proponowały inny napój. A to sok ze świeżo wyciskanych pomarańczy, wieloowocowy a to smoothie z bananów czy domowa ice tea. PRZEPYSZNE z lodem i rureczka w wysokim kieliszku do wina. Na kieliszku plasterek pomarańczy - MEGA😄Ciepłe rogaliki, ciasta i owoce - grzechem jest nie skorzystać ze śniadań Dijany i Valentiny. Kawa, kilka rodzajów w kawiarce, naprawdę bardzo dobra. Szczególnie moccachino🙂 panie proponują do śniadanka jajka na twardo, omlet lub jajecznicę. Udekorowane jak w restauracji, tyle że miętą lub sałatą z własnego ogródka na tyłach pensjonatu. Gdy zeszliśmy na śniadanie pierwszego dnia Dijana pokazała nam nasze miejsce przy stolikach które połączyły ze sobą żebyśmy mogli jesc całą rodziną wspólnie 🥰Wszystkie pokoje z balkonami z pięknymi widokami a to na morze a to na góry Velebit. Ręczniki wymieniane w trakcie pobytu. Odkurzane regularnie. Nasze dzieciaki nawet dostawały coś słodkiego od Dijany🙂 do plaży spacerkiem 3 minutki, bardzo spokojna okolica. Przy plaży przepyszna ice coffee i lody z bardzo dużymi gałkami. Promenada nad wodą i znów spacerkiem po kąpieli jakieś 500 m do restauracji i kawiarni. Dijana zaopatrzyła nas w karteczkę z nazwami restauracji, gdzie można smacznie zjeść- sprawdziliśmy, miała rację🥰 w okolicy dużo plaż, i żwir i piasek i dzikie zatoczki(Dziękujemy Dijanie i Luce za wskazówki gdzie można korzystać z plaż). Niedaleko zabytkowe miasta Nin i Zadar. Co kto woli, to miejsce zadowoli każdego. Mogłabym opisywać jeszcze dużo dużo więcej cudownych wrażeń z tego pobytu. Nie żałujemy z siostrą, że zdecydowałysmy się zarezerwować właśnie pobyt w tym hotelu. Dziękuję Wam, Dijana, Luka i Valentina, w imieniu moim, mojego męża, mojej siostry i jej dzieci oraz moim rodziców za naprawdę udane wakacje spędzane w Waszym hotelu i Waszym towarzystwie. Mamy nadzieję, że uda nam się znowu do Was przyjechać i że już będą jakieś kwiaty, drzewa lub palmy w ogrodzie (byłoby przytulniej tak myślę 😉). Uściski dla małego Jakova. Do zobaczenia!

Smještaj je nov, vrlo ugodan za boravljenje. Osobno nam je nedostajala kuhinja ili pokoji element (kuhalo), ali to smo znali kod rezervacije. Vlasnica vrlo pristupačna, nasmijana i uslužna. Doručak odličan i raznovrstan. Lokacija mirna, ali u blizini plaže. Ugostili su također našeg psa kao člana obitelji.

The best place in Croatia to stay! Everything matches the photos, the rooms and building is modern and beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful, you can see mountains and sea from the terrace. About the room: you would have really large and comfortable bed, fridge, hair dryer, stuff to avoid mosquitos, wine glasses, bath stuff, safe, TV … to make long story short - description in the booking absolutely matching reality. The breakfast selection was great and fresh. Moreover, due to the fact that I feel bad eating in the morning - I got sandwiches and pudding packed to go. The parking is free and dog stay fee is 10€ for one night. Villa Perla is my strong recommendation Definitely coming back ❤️

We stayed one night in B&B on a way back from vacation and it was soooo nice! Very welcoming hosts, spotless clean new place, spacious big rooms with all new amenities. The breakfast was also very good with everything you need, fresh and tasty including offer of the day e.g banana smoothie. It feels that hosts are putting all their energy and soul to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Great experience for our family, very much recommended!

We stayed here for 5 nights in July and love this place. Great modern rooms with all the mod cons, big terrace, great location, excellent customer service, great breakfast, free parking and Wi-Fi and good value for money. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place heartily!

Ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes B&B mit einem traumhaften Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Morgens gab es zusätzlich zum Buffet noch frischen Saft & Omelette, welches extra für jeden zubereitet wurde. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber & mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten erst 2 Nächte gebucht und dann noch eine Nacht verlängert, weil wir uns zu wohl bei den netten Besitzern gefühlt haben. Die beiden sind sehr aufmerksam. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder! 🩷

Ein familiengeführtes, sehr schickes B&B mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell beim Hausstrand oder kommt mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten nach Nin oder zu den wilden Ständen in nördlicher Richtung.

The best place I've ever been. Quiet, peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms in natural colors, clean, fresh, aesthetic. Air conditioning, fridge, TV, blackout blinds in the windows. Sea and mountain view from the balcony. Free parking. Service and owners polite, helpful, always smiling. Delicious breakfasts, every day varied with something new. The owner serves great cocktails. I had no complaints. Perfect place to relax, many beautiful places to visit nearby. 5 minutes to the nearest beach, also beautiful natural beaches available a few minutes by car in the area. This was my best vacation, I will gladly go back there. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Wir waren eine Woche lang zu Gast im B&B Villa Perla in Vrsi bei Nin in der Nähe von Zadar und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel wurde erst vor Kurzem eröffnet. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Frühstück (ein kleines, feines Buffet - dazu frisch gepressten Orangensaft und extra zubereitetes Omlette) war sehr lecker. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben stets versucht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen. Fazit: toller Service, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir können das B&B Villa Perla nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Super lokacija, odmah u blizini mora i plaže. Predivno uređeno, sobe su uredne i čiste, a doručak nas je oduševio! Sve pohvale gazdi Luki i Dijani. Osijecali smo se kao doma. Svakako ćemo se vratiti.

Great, we enjoyed it! Excellent and varied breakfast, friendly staff. The beach is 3 minutes away by walk and if you want to see some sights, the city of Zadar is 20 minutes away and the city of Nin is 5 minutes by car. We will definitely come back again!
