A warm friendly and helpful welcome so we could access parking our car on a busy front. A lovely clean well presented reception, with great lighting. We had a room at the front overlooking the sea, it wasn't as big as I thought it would be, however, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom had great products and great shower.|Breakfast was l'acarte , you were given a selection of cut up fruit, croissants and bread, then you were able to choose off the menu, along with hot and cold drinks. A great location to visit all the sights in Sibenik within walking distance.

Amazing apartment rental at Armerun Heritage Hotel—absolute 5-star treatment. The staff have been super attentive to our every need. The finishes on the apartment are ultra modern, the beds are Tempur-Pedic level, the furniture is chic, the climate is sophisticated, and there is a wonderful gym and spa facility. The local restaurant is near Michelin-rated. Every detail has been accounted for.
We stayed in the Presidential suite that has three large double bedrooms, all en suite. A huge living room and well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A balcony runs the length of the apartment with eating areas and plenty of seats and loungers, plus a very nice jacuzzi, a small fitness room and sauna is also adjacent.|The American style fridge was re-stocked daily and the apartment cleaned well. Good sound and light insulation along with very effective a/c in all areas.|Without exception, the staff were charming and helpful, but a big shout out to Filipa for all her help!|And yes, the breakfasts are lovely!

We stayed 5 nights in The Amerun. We arrived late after an evening flight and were met from our taxi and quickly checked in. Our room was comfortable and very clean with a lovely view of the harbour. |Every one of the reception staff were very friendly, always greeting you as you came and went. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a very enjoyable holiday. In particular they advised about a trip we wanted to make to Krka National Park and all their arrangements were perfect.|The breakfasts are fabulous. The menu is extensive and absolutely delicious.It is actually a brunch running from 7-12 each morning. They have a covered outdoor area as well as an indoor area and we were glad that we had a few days without long trips planned so that we could linger over our brunch.

Excellent hotel!!! We stayed here for only one night, but I wish we cold stay longer. The location is very convenient in walking distance to Old City and most attractions. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended.

This place could not be more perfect. The staff is uniformly happy and friendly. The food is spectacular—if there is sea urchin pasta on the menu—if that is your thing—you will lick the plate. Breakfasts have more choices than stomach space will allow and is included. Perfectly situated at waterside, it is a short walk to all restaurants and the old town. Uber clean and ultra modern with historic touches. You will want for nothing.
Pros.||||1. Beautiful hotel inside and out right by the sea in beautiful Sibenik.||2. Beautiful rooms and really quiet at night therefore a quiet nights sleep at least until House Keeping start .. see below. ||3. Clean and tidy.||||Cons.||||1. The majority of staff, particularly in the adjacent restaurant ran by the hotel are quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. We didn't feel any hospitality or warmth from them. Reception staff were better however!||||2. We had a meal in the restaurant, which was the worst we had during a four week trip through Croatia.||||3. House keeping staff on each morning of our two night stay were standing directly outside our room laughing and chatting at 8am each morning. We had to ask them to be quiet but they persisted just a few moments later.||||4. The hotel is let down by its staff which could be so easy to fix.||||5. The young gentleman who I think was the Food and Beverage manager in the main restaurant is particularly condescending and appeared to dislike serving us . I asked him to send another member of staff to serve us as he was so bad. ||||When we complained to him about his service and later to another male server about||how poor the food and service was we were not charged for the meal ... fair enough. ||||I also mentioned the bad experience to the reception staff who stated that the matter would be passed on to the hotel manager. We never heard or seen from anyone and were told at check-out that as he was a manager that nothing could be done about it How's that for a resolution ... NOT.

Izuzetan hotel i sve u vezi sa njim. Nikada nisam vidio i okusio bolji i ukusniji doručak. Mislim 17 a la carte vrsta doručaka a svaki poseban na svoj nacin. Vrhunski!!!
