Extremely unprofessional – avoid if you’re arriving late We had a terrible experience with Apartmani Mihajica and cannot recommend this place, especially if you plan to arrive late. We had informed the property in advance via message that we would be arriving late due to our flight landing at 11:45 PM. They never replied to that message. When our flight was further delayed, we called to let them know. They answered and assured us that the room was ready and that someone would be waiting for us. However, when we arrived, we called multiple times and nobody answered. We were left alone at night in a city we didn’t know, without any idea of where to go. The location marked on both Agoda and Google Maps is incorrect, and we initially went to the wrong place (don’t come at this location-no appartenent go to prijeko 2) We only managed to figure out which building it actually was by observing the balconies from the street. There are no clear signs – only a tiny business card taped to a wall, which we discovered the next day after much effort. We had fully paid for the room, but we could not get in until we made enough noise to wake up the owner, who eventually let us in. We were extremely close to spending the night on the beach with all our luggage. When we went to speak with them the next morning, the staff just smiled and laughed, showing zero concern for what had happened. This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Travelers deserve clear communication, accurate directions, and basic hospitality. Sadly, none of these were provided.
