Ich habe im April zwei Zimmer gebucht und einige Tage später per E-Mail darum gebeten, die Reservierung für beide Zimmer zu ändern. Zu meiner Überraschung musste ich nun – zwei Wochen vor dem Urlaub – feststellen, dass lediglich ein Zimmer entsprechend angepasst wurde, während das zweite komplett übersehen wurde. Am Telefon wurde keinerlei Versuch unternommen, eine Lösung zu finden. Stattdessen wurde mir die Schuld zugeschoben, obwohl ich die Änderungsanfrage bereits vor Monaten gestellt hatte. Nun muss Ich, kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft suchen – vielen Dank dafür, Valamar Tamaris

Great experience here at the Resort! One fantastic aspect is the Maro Club for the kids. Our daughter (6) loved spending time there. She loved the dance party, the scavenger hunt, and the arts and crafts. Special shout out to Dora and Stella for making it a great experience!

Hotel je divan, sve je uredno i cisto! Puno aktivnosti za decu i odrasle, hrana super! Maro klub fenomenalan za decu, posebno bismo pohvalili Aleksandra i Doru! Divni mladi ljudk koji uvek sirom rasirenih ruku i toplim osmehom docekaju decu. Mi se sigurno vracamo ovde ❤️

Ja sehr sauberes Zimmer was noch gut gewesen wäre eine Dusch Tür. Die Putzfrauen haben immer alles sehr sauber gemacht. Das Essen war gut. Das Personal sollte Freundlicher sein. Super Anlage. Würde ich jeden empfehlen

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Speisen stets wechselnd, aber auch von wechselnder Qualität. Getränke sehr gut. Wundervoller Strand mit Stein-, Kies- und Sandbereichen. Nettes Animationsprogramm.

Room pictures are perfectly photoshopped… very very small.. very old.. no elevator without the main building… the food is great the service and the entertainment for the kids as well

Maro Kinderbetreuung ist unglaublich toll Die Sauberkeit im Pool ist nicht so toll . ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen..all inklusive zahlt sich aus

The food is outstanding, while everything else is just moderately good. This is likely due to it being a chain, where the quality of service relies heavily on individual training. One of the most notable phrases I've encountered here is, "Sorry, but you cannot do this." As a comparison, Valamar falls short when stacked against Sunny Dubrovnik, which is a much better option thanks to its friendlier staff and superior service. Although the TAMARIS Resort boasts a more modern design and a larger area, these factors work against it.

Super location, rooms ok, staff friendly. Pool good, kids entertainment great. One thing let this resort down tremendously - the restaurant. The food was pretty good but the experience was not befitting a four star hotel in any way: huge queues, no way near enough space, inadequate staff numbers to deal with clearing tables leading to people standing around looking for somewhere to eat. Stressful & made us all grumpy.
