Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ein Traum von der Austattung, Essen bis hin zum Service alles war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht alles Recht zu machen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Perfekter Ort zum entspannen und Energie zu tanken. Vielen Dank an das ganze Molum Team für die schöne Gastfreundschaft.

Great family hotel, just the right size to have smooth stay without queuing in the restaurant or sun bed hunt near the pool or on the beach. Good quality of food, new facilities, 3 clean swimming pools, kids playground, nice alley to the beach, fresh gym and friendly staff at the kids club. Trip to Zadar is about 30 minutes drive, same time to the airport.

Hôtel incroyable. Service et accueil excellent. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour. Les appartements sont spacieux et fonctionnels, le cadre est très agréable et le complexe est magnifique. Tout peut se faire à pieds, centre ville à proximité très sympa et beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Club enfants pour tous les âges. Incroyable, nous y retournerons.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Molum Hotel and were absolutely delighted! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff – by far the highlight of our stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel they love what they do. Thank you for everything – we’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the most relaxing place to stay for a holiday in Europe where you have a very lovely weather all day.. I am speechless how the crew were very very hospitable and accommodating to us.. From the front desk reception, restaurant, spa and housekeeping and kids club they always do extramile for their guests and were very kind and polite. Rooms where we stayed are absolutely clean and smelling good. I am really happy that we have stayed in Molum Hotel for our family summer holiday because we experienced the excellent service from the top class management team! The food that they are serving, all I can say is purely WOW. From buffet breakfast to their menu from ALA carte. You can see from the food presentation up to the taste how presentable and delicious the food was. You will know right away that it was made by the great professional chefs inside their kitchen with passion.. Everything that you need is there, all you have to do is just to relax and enjoy during your stay.. Missing my favorite place already, and hopefully will able to comeback again.. Kudos to the management for the very wonderful and top class service for your guests!

Na žalost moja izkušnja s hotelom ni bila najboljša, predvsem zaradi pomanjkanja komunikacije po bivanju. Poslala sem jim e-pošto z vprašanjem/predlogom (ali pritožbo), vendar nisem prejela odgovora. Z njihove strani ni bilo nobenega feedbacka, kar me je precej razočaralo, saj bi od hotela na tem "nivoju" pričakovala vsaj osnovno odzivnost. Hotel je sicer ok, pa vendar manjka organizacija osebja. Cena ne sovpada s kakovostjo.

We had a wonderful 10 days lasting stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious and always prepared in a perfect way (we had HB). One of the standout features, though, was the incredibly kind and attentive staff—every person we interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help, which really elevated the whole experience. Add to that the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and it's the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind in comfort. We will definitely come back! I would only suggest to extend the variety of lunch options maybe with some salads since for now, the restaurant has served either typical dinner dishes or fried things.

Stayed for a week with my daughter, and we had an amazing time the apartment was beautiful very clean and stylish, we were half board and the food was constantly good as were the staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble, we were very impressed

Molum Resort is truly an exceptional place that deserves a 10 out of 10 across the board. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating staff who made us feel at home right away. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and offers top-notch facilities, including spacious outdoor pools, a relaxing sauna, jacuzzis, and full spa services. The location is ideal, just 100 meters from the stunning Adriatic Sea, and conveniently positioned between Zadar and Biograd. Everything you need is nearby, including a supermarket literally across the street (a 1-minute walk), and plenty of free parking on site. We stayed as two families with children aged 12 to 17, and it was the perfect setting for all ages. The family rooms were large, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beach area offers excellent facilities for a peaceful and refreshing experience by the sea. There are several great local restaurants, a bakery, and a fantastic gelato spot that shouldn’t be missed. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service. Even after checkout, when our flight was delayed, the hotel graciously allowed us to continue using the facilities for as long as we needed. This level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. We have no doubt we’ll return to Molum again. This place leaves a lasting impression, and for anyone considering a visit: don’t hesitate. You’ll receive much more than expected, this is a 100% experience in every way. Thank you to the entire Molum team for an unforgettable stay!

And all within a beautiful enclave, fenced off and secure. The complex is big but the service deserves those hard earned five stars. The Crew is very helpful, friendly, no request would surprise them, all are very polite, always smiling, friendly and extremely professional. You can really relax, feel at home and enjoy your time away from work, schools, big cities, noise and pollution. Fresh breeze, unlimited sun, great food and discreet but attentive service. This was our second year at Molum and we will be returning for the 3rd year for sure!! 10/10 everything. The food is amazing, they have the best tuna tartare, you have to try! Honestly you won't be hungry here. The drinks are also amazing. Most importantly the staff are professional, nice, and very helpfull and knowlagable. The only thing we did not appreciate that much was the fact that the town is a little bit too quite, but they are close to the national parks (Plitvice lakes) and larger cities (Zadar, Sibenik..) so it wasn't that boring.

We had a great time. Very good staff (waiters and event team), comfortable rooms and pools, excellent food, and one of the best pasta dishes I've had in Croatia. With demi-glace and rooster - I ordered it for the fifth night in a row, it's that good. Of course, if one wants to find flaws, they always can — here are a few suggestions that might help the hotel improve further. The food could be a bit more varied, perhaps with a few more pasta and risotto options. I believe many guests would be happy to try some local specialties as well (mussels? Skradin risotto? Grilled sardines?). Truffle oil has no place in a serious kitchen. I’m not sure whether this truly qualifies as a 5-star hotel in every sense — if such a thing even exists in Croatia. But it offers very good value for money, which is rare here. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Positive: Beautiful hotel! Negative: The staff is overwhelmed and not trained for a 5-star hotel. The staff can't be blamed for this; there's a lack of leadership to control everything and show them how to do things correctly. This applies to all areas. For example: * Breakfast: Everything is very chaotic, like in a 3- or 4-star hotel. Waiters often walk around the area aimlessly. * Cleanliness (see photos): Very sloppy. The toilet was forgotten to be cleaned several times. Empty shampoos or soap were left in the shower—was it even cleaned afterward? I found a small stone on the floor that was there for several days. Is the floor ever cleaned? The dishes on the balcony were not cleared away multiple times, so it was never cleaned. The tiles were dirty with red spots for the entire stay! Was it blood? Loose outlets are not a good sign for a new hotel. The towels in the swimming pool area were sometimes mixed with dirty towels in the same laundry basket. It would be better to hire someone to hand out towels. These are just examples. Still, it's a great hotel that is in need of improvement. There is no separate area for non-smokers on the terrace during breakfast or dinner. In many high-end restaurants, there are partitions, sometimes even with glass walls or similar dividers. I would like to come back again and to see the improvements myself.
