Odlična gazdarica,čisti uredni apartmani,bazen,roštilj,...ležaljke uz bazen suncobrani sve na korištenje i u cijeni. Blizina centra,plodine na 100 metara,plaza na 3 min autom,parking kod plaze ima tako da je sve ok Za svaku pohvalu. Čistih osam dana odmora. Hvala vidimo se opet.

Spędziłem w jednym z apartamentów ponad 8 miesięcy i bardzo mi się tu podoba. To idealne miejsce dla osób, które pracują z domu. Jest świetna lokalizacja, blisko do miasta, spokój i do tego bardzo szybki Internet. A właściciele bardzo mili, pomocni i starają się jak mogą, aby ich goście czuli się jak w domu. W dodatku tym, którzy planują zostać dłużej niż 3 miesiące, właściciele służą wsparciem w załatwianiu spraw urzędowych. Apartamenty są świetnie wyposażone. Każdy ma pralkę, zmywarkę do naczyń, klimatyzator, lodówkę, telewizor oraz małą kuchnię. Poza świetną jakością apartamentów (a widziałem wszystkie), czeka na Ciebie jeszcze duży teren rekreacyjny, a na nim basen, mały plac zabaw dla dzieci, grill i kilka stolików w cieniu, aby zjeść coś na zewnątrz. Ponieważ aparamenty są przyjazne zwierzętom, w okolicy zawsze kręci się przynajmniej jeden kot. Z apartamentów blisko jest do sklepów spożywczych. Kilkaset metrów obok jest Plodine, a kawałek dalej SPAR oraz sklepy z butami, odzieżą, elektroniką i wszystkim czego możesz potrzebować na dłuższych wakacjach. Poza tym blisko jest na plażę i do centrum miasta. A Ci, którzy lubią wyzwania, mogą wejść na punk widokowy na pobliskim pagórku. Bardzo ładnie stamtąd widać Szybenik i okoliczne wyspy. Co ciekawe, przy dobrych wiatrach można złapać ze szczytu wi-fi z apartamentów. Choć apartamenty położone są zaraz koło ruchliwej drogi, to dzięki dobremu ogrodzeniu, żywopłotowi i dobrym zagospodarowaniu terenu przed budynkiem, w pokojach nie słychać hałasu, a na zewnątrz tylko czasem, jak akurat przejedzie jakiś głośny samochód. Ale to raczej wina samochodu, że jest taki głośny i nie spełnia norm hałasu :)
