I never write anything on reviews, but I had to for this. First of all, when it’s your first race, you go in a slower kart for “safety,” but they don’t force the need for seatbelts. They put the slower karts mixed with faster karts, which means the slower karts need to always be looking to let the faster karts through. My friend and I were in a slower kart with a group of five to six others in a faster kart, but do you know what’s strange? My kart is much slower than the other kart, which was easily seen when we were on the “120m straight.” I was about halfway on the straight when the other slower kart zoomed past me. But don’t get mistaken; the slower karts’ bodies are built differently, so it is easy to see who’s in what. I wouldn’t go there unless you know someone there who will put you in a faster kart so you don’t waste money. Even when you explain to the staff anything, they are all bitchy. I was excited because the track is really fun and great, but it’s not great when you see the faster karts sliding around corners and you can casually turn with and slide. I reckon the top speed was at most 25 kph while the others were tripling that speed. Don’t go unless you have a lot booked; it’s not worth going once or twice. I would go back but they need to fix their booking system because why do you tell me the whole “race” is booked but there are only three people in the group? Even when you go and ask if you can go in the next race, staff say no because “they reserved this place” when the race they reserved starts in two minutes. Get a grip.

Jako lose iskustvo. Cura na blagajni zivcana i neljubazna bez strpljenja, a cura u boksu takoder zivcana i ne dopusta dodatna pitanja, odnosno dopusta pitanje ali je odgovor bezobrazan i bahat. Kartovi su u jako losem stanju te su gume prastare, a svaki kart se ponasa drugacije. Kartovi se usred voznje kvare Sve u svemu, previse novaca za nikakvu kvalitetu i neljubaznost Jedina pohvala za decke u boksu koji pomognu bez problema

Jako loše iskustvo. Dečko na blagajni je totalno neljubazan, bahat te pasivno agresivan. Kartinzi su u očajnom ili čak raspadnom stanju. Stari, spori i neispravni. Cijene samo rastu a kvaliteta pada drastično. Novi “skyring” 5€ skuplji, a staza identične duljine kao i dolje te također nitko živ ne maše plavom zastavicom tako da morate uzet stvari u svoje ruke za razliku od velesajma gdje se zaposlenici zapravo trude i rade svoj posao kako treba. Nije plaćena promocija za velesajam već iskrena recenzija vozača kod oba. Nigdje traga osnovnoj brizi ili kvalitete usluge. Ne bih preporučio svakako.

The whole experience is ruined because of the poor maintenance and rude staff. We have been here a few times, and i haven’t had any bigger complaints to write a review about until today. Every time we went, the karts were shaking, the steering wasn’t straight or something else. When I was driving for the first time, I hit the rubber tire barrier, and none of the staff came up to me until at least 3 minutes later. I saw one of them looking at me, but they just turned their head. My friend, who was also there for the first time, hit the barrier and almost flew out of it BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SEATBELTS. She had a very big bruise on her hip. Since this karting arena is very far from Zagreb or any civilization, they should be more concerned about these issues. Everybody knows Westgate flopped, so did this karting arena. It should at least be on the website that you can’t come in certain shoes. It’s alright if you dont agree, but the problem starts here. They made us leave, and the receptionist was very rude and only offered a voucher instead of a refund. When we demanded a refund, he also threw a very petty and unnecessary comment: ‘Oh, you also don’t have an account with us anymore.’ - which implies he DELETED our accounts for no reason, which also cost money. Shame on the staff.

Apsolutno predobra zabava ranije danas, jedva cekam opet doci i voziti, hvala svima koji spremaju staze, aute i vode cijelu operaciju, sve pohvale, najbolji karting u RH ako se mene pita 🤩👍

Bila sam ovdje prvi put s dečkom, dogovorili smo paket od dvije vožnje, a treću smo dobili gratis. Staza je odlična, kartovi su top, a ekipa na karting stazi isto tako. Preporučam svakom tko voli brzinu i malo adrenalina, a ja ću svakako doći opet 🔥💪🏻

Bili prije skoro dva mjeseca, nas četvorica uključujući dijete od 14 godina, bilo nam je fenomenalno… prva liga, sve se može dogovoriti s Denisom u detalje, frajer je susretljiv i fleksibilan Vozili smo slabije i jače kartinge, svi radili besprijekorno, komunikacija s osobljem na stazi odlična, staza zanimljiva, adrenalin na razini. Denis iskombinirao paket vožnji uz popust, cijena i više nego prihvatljiva. Svaka preporuka i vratit ćemo se opet.
