This was a very nice and cozy little gym with a friendly and welcoming staff. You get to train almost alone every time, it is never crowded because you book your session in advance. They have everything you need for a good full body session. It is mostly freeweights, but they got the two most important machines a gym needs in my opinion. Which is a dual leg ext/leg curl machine and a cable pulldown machine. I can absolutely reccomend The Fit Life for your holiday sessions!💪🏼

We trained here three times during our stay in Makarska. We were very satisfied with our workouts. There was a wide variety of high-quality equipment, and the gym was fresh and clean. It was easy to get in touch via Instagram to book a training session. The booking system was well-organized, ensuring that it never got too crowded. Highly recommended if you want to work out in Makarska!

Mali ali odlično uređeni fitnes room. Nije bitno, dali se hoće trenirati kondicija, ili crossfit ili klasićno treniranje mišića. Čak za Hyrox je ovaj fitnes room odlično spreman. Treneri su svi obrazovani i znaju točno sta treba trenirati i šta klijentice i klijenti žele. Komunikacija sa šefom je uvijek bila odlična i bez problema za moje potrebe. Počela sam tamo trenirati da unesem malo promjene i uzela sam personalni trening kod Stjepana. Odličan je – radimo sve, svi dijelovi tijela su uključeni. Kuži stvar, zna što radi, zna me motivirati i treninzi su stvarno dinamični. Sigurno ću nastaviti s tim! I started training there to add some variety, and I took personal training sessions with Stjepan. He’s great – we work on everything, all muscle groups are involved. He knows what he’s doing, understands me, motivates me well, and the sessions are really dynamic. I’ll definitely keep going! I train like a professional athlete
