Разочарована и не рекомендую. Купила кожаную куртку по высокой цене. Надела всего один раз — буквально на 15 минут — и уже дома заметила дефекты. Обратилась в поддержку, предоставила чек и фотографии, но заявку отказались принимать онлайн. Сказали, что нужно обращаться только лично. Даже после визита в магазин ситуация не изменилась. Из персонала английский знает от силы один человек — как повезёт. В магазине такого уровня ожидаешь чувствовать себя комфортно, даже если ты не местный, а не тратить время на объяснения через переводчик. Да, вещи выглядят стильно, но если попадётся брак — рассчитывать на поддержку не стоит. Магазин ответственности не несёт, сервис — слабый. Жаль времени, денег и нервов. Не рекомендую.

Best leather bags in my opinion. The prices are indeed quite high, but the quality is really good and it is a good investment. I received a bag as a present 10 years ago and it is still in a very good condition, there are just some spots where the colour has changed a bit. I decided that it is time for a new bag, even though I'm still using the old one, so I visited the store in Ušce. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, they showed me different models and colours and they checked the storage several times in order to find the one that I like. I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend the brand.
