Die Seltron App funktioniert leider nicht zuverlässig. Wiederholt Internet und WLAN überprüft, die Heizung lässt sich per App oftmals nicht steuern und das Haus bleibt auf 15 C. Fehlermeldungen können weder auf der Seltron Website noch per App versendet werden. Wir können dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe im Juli 2021 ein Kommunikationsmodul GWD2 einbauen lassen. Funktioniert bis heute nicht, obwohl mein Problem (vermutlich Software) schon seit Monaten bei Seltron bekannt ist. Wenn keine Lösung folgt muss ich leider vor Ende der Garantie Material- und Montagekosten zurückfordern. Ich kann Seltron zur Zeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Po težavah z serviserjem, ki ne pride oz pride 4 - 6 mesecev po dogovorjenem terminu, sem se obrnil na njih, če mi lahko posredujejo telefonsko drugega serviserja. Gospod na drugi strani je povzdignil glas, kaj se grem, da je ta serviser super in oh in sploh. No, dve leti po vgradnji nove avtomatike ta še vedno ne deluje pravilno, serviser pa zadevo veselo ignorira. Priporočam, da se tej firmi in njeni mreži "super serviserjev" na daleč izognete!!!
