It is very bitter that such nice baroque church is closed for visitors during the day. Finally I managed to get inside and took some photos and video of interior. In my youth I had here german and latin lessons led by sister Ireneja. Thanks and bless.

Uršulinska crkva Presvetog Trojstva, jedna je od najljepših župnih crkava u Ljubljani. To je rimokatolička crkva izgrađena između 1718. i 1726. u baroknom stilu (talijanski, padovanski stil). Istočna strana je okrenuta prema velikom Kongresnom trgu i ima vrlo lijepo izraženo pročelje. Projekt Crkve Presvetog Trojstva osmislio je u to doba poznati furlanski arhitekt Carlo Martinuzzi. Znamenita je po svom oltaru izrađenom od šarenog afričkog mramora, koji je djelo Francesca Robbe. Oltar je visok 14 metara, lijepo je ukrašen simbolima vjere i ljubavi. Ujedno je i najviši oltar ljubljanske biskupije. Fasada sa stupovima je po uzoru crkve Svetog Petra u Rimu. Ulaz u svetište je besplatan za sve građane, uključujući i za strance.

I haven't been in the actual church, but the convent behind it is still active. The nuns are leading Montessori kindergarten and a student dorm. Both are flourishing.
