I rarely write reviews, but this experience genuinely shocked me. I came to this place in a great mood, just looking to relax and enjoy my meal. I sat down, waited about 10 minutes before someone even came to take my order. I didn’t mind it, I was relaxing. I ordered and the food arrived quickly, about 10 minutes more, it was good. Then the disaster started. I sat for over 20 minutes waiting to pay. One waitress who originally served me was standing just a few meters away, casually chatting and laughing with someone in the kids' play area. She clearly saw me, but made zero effort to check if I needed anything. I glanced at hero time to time but she was too engaged in the conversation. I saw another waitress, signaled to her too - same story. She acknowledged me, even asked if I am paying with cash, nodded and went off somewhere doing her business and forgot about me. So I sat for another 10 minutes and again nobody came. I then saw the initial waitress on my right and waves her, she came to me in like 2 minutes, got the plates asked if everything was fine and left. I was like ok now she will come with a terminal and i'll pay. But no. I waited for another 5-8 minutes and nobody came. And after about 20 minutes of being completely ignored, I stood up and walked towards the payment area myself. I found the waitress sitting behind in the coffee area, laughing and chatting with a colleague. I told her I wanted to pay and was waiting for her, and she just said "I'm sorry". That's the level of service you'll get at this restaurant. And it's happening to me constantly here, it's not a special case. I have no idea how the people that work there can be doing SUCH A bad job and be so unprofessional. It was shocking to me. Even if a customer finishes eating and sits quietly, any decent service checks on them. But in this case I was actively looking around and waiving, and still was ignored. I would be very happy to say that it was THE WORST service experience I've had in Serbia, but unfortunately this kind of ridiculous behavior is pretty common here. Hope it'll change some day.

Ne daju trudnici dodatni led za limunadu, kaže konobar kako nemaju dovoljno leda, pa ne daju😁 Muž je kasnije seo, namerno nije hteo ništa da poruči. Slana palačinka preslana, pojela sam koliko sam mogla, ostala sam gladna.

Konobara nema duze od 30 minuta. Palacinke smo cekali skoro sat vremena. Uzasne su bile,tvrde ,masne toliko da sve pliva ulje po njima....katastrofa! Ranije je hrana bila ukusna i u redu,sada bas lose!!!

Uzaaas, usluga jedna velika 0. Konobari prebacuju sa jednog na drugog niko ne dolazi. Cekamo vise od pola sata da porucimo isto toliko da nam donesu pice.
