Diabolical. Both drinks ordered were not up to par. We ordered a Moscow Mule which tasted like watered down ginger beer with no alcohol in it and the Mango Bellini Spritz was shocking to see. Not only did it come in a little champagne flute that I could drink in one sip, but it cost a whopping 7,60€?! How can you advertise something as a version of an Aperol Spritz, put a diabolical price on it and not expect people to complain!

Ovo se dogodilo u 3. mjesecu ove godine, ali odlučila sam da incident ne treba proći neopaženo. Sjela sam s prijateljicom na koktele u bar i tu sam već bila nekoliko puta. Konobar nas uopće nije doživljavao. Ja sam dobra tri puta podigla ruku i rekla "Oprostite", a on je svejedno ignorirao. Poslije, došle su za stol do nas dvije cure, naglašavam to poslije, koje su bile poslužene u roku minute od kad su sjele za stol. Gospodin je na tom dijelu bara radio sam, ali gužvu nije imao jer je očito još i stigao čavrljati sa svojim kompanjonima sa drugog stola. Nakon cca 30 minuta sjedenja i čekanja na poslugu, digla sam se i došla do njega da vidim gdje je problem, zašto nije došao do mog stola ili je li nas uopće vidio? Dotični je bio arogantan, izvrtao moje riječi, povisio ton na mene i tek nakon svega toga udostojio se poslužiti nas. Ovakav pristup, u jednom baru u Tkalčićevoj? Bez daljnjeg, usluga grozna, (čast izuzetcima, konobarima koji stvarno rade svoj posao kako treba), a o postavljanju na goste u jednom ugostiteljskom objektu u centru Zagreba ne moram uopće pisati. Od mene imate jedno veliko ne i više nikada ne mislim sjesti tamo.

Our waiter could've been more forthcoming and smile more. We arrived around 9PM, sat down and ordered a mojito and Pina Colada spritz - the Pina Colada was surprisingly good. I was skeptical about the spritz that was added, it's thin in the consistency but tasted very nice! 👍🏽 Mojito was also good. Ordered a Shisha with wild fruits - it was my first time ever trying, and couldn't taste as much fruits as my husband 😆 The prices were a bit expensive, and the music was bad café/club music - we'd rather have international music, something people actually know, or maybe in a remixed version. The location was OK, unfortunately the other cafés surrounding us, also played their music, which was confusing, because it felt like they were trying to drown out each other. Cosy atmosphere with a hint of vacation hanging from the parasols.

Reasonable prices, good bar for late drinks,, beers and cocktails. Service was good and the environment is nice. Bathroom is interesting. Inside the music is louder and seems to have a better party than outside ... great option to hang out with a group of friends
