Ovo je teska katastrofa od poslovnice, doslovno sam iduca na redu bila kad sam preuzela papiric, sat vremena cekam, babe koje rade se samo presetavaju po poslovnici, piju kavu, lik koji sjedi na salteru, bleji u prazno, ne prima stranke, ovo je sramota za kompletnu PZB banku. Ugasit cu racun samo da ne moram ici u poslovnicu. Sram vas bilo

Avoid at all cost! Unreal experience! There were only 4 people waiting in line and I waited for more than one hour! There was more employees than clients! Employees slow, chatting with each other, uninterested for work….I am shocked!

Katastrofa najgora poslovnica u Hrvatskoj 42 minute se ceka za 2 broja na redomatu 5 radnika 1 Salter radi...Voditelj poslovnice ako se moze uopce nazvati Voditeljom ispituje sta treba ljudima koji cekaju i nista ne poduzme u vezi toga kada upita klijente banke dno dna njih 4 djelatnike sjede i medusobno pricaju o privatnom zivotu uz to su jos jedu na radnom vremenu te koriste Telefone

Awful place. I just wanted to exchange ripped 10 EUR bill to a normal one and they made me wait one hour. I took a number and then waited, suddenly some random couple came and the lady "working" there decided to serve them first without any que. They were there for an hour. The lady who served them knew that it'd take 2 minutes to change the bill but made me wait 1 hour anyway. The people there were really rude, arrogant and awful. People there weren't working, only one consultant was available, other 3 were randomly walking and looking down at me. Don't come there.

I think it is the worst bank I have ever been to. People here are not working. We waited over one hour with a really small case……. Awful experience!!!!
