К сожалению, вынужден констатировать: в этом банке обсчитывают. Намного реже, если вы обслуживаетесь как частное лицо, и вы очень уж рискуете, если у вас счёт на юрлицо. Объяснить, наверное, можно это тем, что русам-предузетникам деваться особо некуда. Так легко счёт не открыть на юрлицо даже в Поштанской. И уйти из Алты пока не получится. До той поры, пока на рынке не появится новое хорошее предложение. А такое вполне уже назрело. Очень невнимательно работают некоторые женщины на шалтере с документами. Не исключаю усталости (иногда прямо на грубость можно нарваться) или даже злого умысла при операциях с наличностью. Могут забыть выдать подтверждающие операцию документы или не провести в своей системе сложные операции. Про оплату по SWIFT забудьте. Это только через центральный офис и только по e-mail. И это правильно: иначе бы деньги исчезали со счёта прямо. Настоятельно советую всем: прежде, чем отходить от операционистки, пересчитывайте деньги Внимательно! Потом никакие камеры не смогут доказать, что часть купюр вам не положили в пачку! Ни в одной стране не встречал ещё банка, который так бы не дорожил своей репутацией. Думаю, Алта пользуется тем, что банк открывает легко, в отличие от других, счета релокантам: и физикам, и юрикам. Ну, а забыть выдать сдачу мелочью - до 100-200 динар - это почти норма. Отмечу: есть в этом отделении люди на своих местах, хорошо справляющиеся со своими обязанностями. Тех, кто работает плохо, нечестно, называть не буду. Руководство отделения должно их знать. Если руководители говорят, что не знают, значит они некомпетентны или в сговоре. Это совсем плохая история тогда.

Be careful when dealing with Alta Banka, as I experienced significant issues with their incompetent staff. They mistakenly opened me a personal non-business dollar account (Apparently in Serbia non business personal accounts only can be operated in euros), then when my friend transfered me dollars, alta bank weren’t releasing dollars for two weeks, and then tried to manipulate me into filling out their business related forms to avaoid their responsibility, even though I explained them multiple times that I’m just a regular personal account!! They deliberately ignored my requests and were insisting on me filling in their graphs (so then I’d have to pay the commission and further on I might’ve had problems with tax office because of them, because if I would’ve mistakenly filled in their business non related to me forms, the tax office might’ve had questions to me) They were manipulating until I mentioned bringing a lawyer, after which they returned the money to the sender without apology and proper explanation. I advise others to read all documents carefully, do not fill in any unnecessary graphs even when Alta bank insists you to do it when it doesn’t apply to your personal case! And overall avoid this bank.
