Best office of Alta Bank, thanks a lot! Employees are very professional and willing to help, they did their best to resolve all the issues originating from unique internal rules of Alta. Have in mind that now opening a term deposit for 12 months or more is prohibited by the bank for non-residents, although Alta's website doesn't say this. Converting the account in Alta to a resident-type requires "uverenje o boravku" from MUP (costs 840rsd and time), unlike other banks which do the same after seeing 2 TRPs. This "rule" can be overridden by the head of bank office with a permission from compliance office in case you have a new plastic card TRP (it has an issue date) and live with it for a year+
