This museum has so much potential and so many incredible artifacts - but lacks maintenance, and is trapped in 1960s. Such a pity! Hard for foreigners to explore and immerse themselves into it when there is almost nothing in English language. I really hope that in few years it will be renewed. For people who understand Serbian, it is still really good.

Esternamente il museo è molto interessante e ben tenuto. Internamente, invece, cammini e cammini in una sorta di bunker antiatomico senza finestre e aria fresca, senza capire quasi nulla dei pezzi esposti, dato che o non sono spiegati affatto, o sono riportate 3 parole in serbo. Il giorno che siamo andati noi fuori c'erano 42 gradi. Dentro al museo, forse anche 50°!! Non c'è aria condizionata.

Были в крепости, естественно было нельзя не заметить военную технику прошлых лет. Очень впечатляет. Много экспонатов.

Interesting museum showing military from Serbia (and the near areas) during middle ages up to the nato bombings 99. No AC, uninterested personel (showing us the wrong start entrance of museum) and lacking a lot of translation (to english) gives this a 2-star from me.

Outside has various tanks and machines which are free to see. Inside is split over 2 floors and is in chronological order of history. For anyone who likes military history there is a lot to see. Most signs are in Serbian only. It does mention to download an app and scan for other languages but couldn't seem to find it. Bags have to be left in lockers and you have to go through a metal detector. The lady on the desk didn't have the right change, so we were told to go round and she'd have it at the end. When we asked for it she suddenly didn't speak English so unfortunately had to leave without it. Make sure you have the right money before entering if you don't speak the native language.

Dış kısmında soğuk savaş ve 1/2. dünya savaşında kullanılan askeri techizat ve araçların bulunduğu güzel bir müze. Kale gezilmeden önce burası ziyaret edilip sonrasında geniş alana sahip kaleyi gezmekte fayda var.

This museum is a gem. Everything was accessible and very well laid out. I went with my teenage daughter and we both found exhibits that sparked our interest. That says a lot! From interactive displays to old documents, you can really get a sense of time and place. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

Belgrad kalesi içinde bulunan askeri müzede Sırpların savaşlarında kullandıkları eski araç ve silahları sergileniyor. Kale içini gezmek biraz yorucu o yüzden dinlenmiş olarak gelip gezmenizi tavsiye ederim. Belki kaleyi gezdiren bir araç vardır ama ben denk gelmedim. Sormanızda fayda var.

Vojni muzej u Beogradu je muzejska institucija posvećena prikupljanju, proučavanju i izlaganju predmeta vezanih za vojnu istoriju Srbije, kao što su oružje, uniforme, ratne zastave, vojna dokumenta i umjetnička djela sa vojnom tematikom. Smješten je na prvom bastionu jugoistočnog fronta Beogradske tvrđave, u zgradi izgrađenoj 1924. godine, okružen bedemima i parkom Kalemegdan, što ga čini jednim od simbola tvrđave i grada. Muzej je osnovan 1878. godine ukazom kneza Milana Obrenovića, a prva postavka otvorena je 1904. godine povodom stogodišnjice Prvog srpskog ustanka. Stalna postavka obuhvata sve periode nacionalne istorije i kulture, sa raznovrsnim eksponatima od srednjovekovnog oružja i oklopa, preko predmeta iz Prvog i Drugog svjetskog rata, do savremenih vojnih predmeta. Vojni muzej je poznat po bogatoj umetničkoj i kartografskoj zbirci, kao i po izuzetno vrednim eksponatima koji svjedoče o burnoj vojnoj prošlosti Srbije.

Very nice museum if you are interested in the history of Balkans/Serbia. The only downside is they require you to lock your backpack in a locker. Staff was helpful and nice.
