Brioni House, Vodnjan, Croatia

The Brioni House is a masterpiece that harmonizes indoor and outdoor living spaces. The ground floor encompasses a vibrant living area, dining space, and kitchen, all designed around a charming outdoor terrace equipped with a pergola that overlooks a refreshing pool. The first floor serves as a private sanctuary for bedrooms, offering breathtaking views of the sea. A hidden external staircase leads to a rooftop terrace, providing stunning vistas of the Brioni National Park.

Fontaine House

The Fontaine House emphasizes a unique architectural concept where the structure appears to be ‘sunk’ into the landscape. The design integrates a pool adjacent to the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with the slab intentionally lowered to enhance the view and experience of the swimming pool. The second floor is dedicated to comfortable bedrooms, while the rooftop terrace features a barbecue area that invites breathtaking views of the sea and the city of Poreč.

Location and Spatial Organization

The strategic location of House C, situated on a hill overlooking Lake Constance, greatly influences its design. All living areas are carefully arranged to maximize scenic views, making the scenic lake an integral part of the interior experience.
