I had a very disappointing experience at Filipović Pharmacy. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to purchase Meralis HA, and when I tried to pay with a €20 bill that had a very small tear, they outright refused to accept it. Instead of handling the situation politely, one of the employees started shouting at me, saying, “Even a bank wouldn’t take that!” The way they spoke to me was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A pharmacy should be a place where customers feel respected and assisted, but this was the complete opposite. The staff showed no willingness to help or find a solution, and their attitude was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this pharmacy, and I strongly advise others to be aware of the poor customer service here.
