The staff were absolutely vile , rude and shouted at us multiple times through out our stay. There was no cleaners for the full week meaning we got no clean towels, bedding ect. There was smashed glass on the balcony's , meaning 3/5 of us got glass wedged into our feet. Stuff left on our balcony would get thrown in the bin by staff.
