Najgora avio-kompanija – AirSerbia Letovi uvek kasne, i to ne malo – nego redovno po 2-3 sata. Apsolutno nepouzdani. Više puta mi se desilo da zbog njihovih kašnjenja propustim konekcije ili budem prinuđena da kupujem nove avionske karte ili plaćam skupe taksije do krajnje destinacije. Ako pokušate da tražite refundaciju – zaboravite. Mesecima ćete se dopisivati mejlom (ako vam uopšte odgovore), na telefone se ne javljaju, a konkretan odgovor nećete dobiti nikad. Kupite karte za AirSerbiu samo ako želite da vam putovanje postane noćna mora.

If you’re reading this to figure out if it’s worth saving a couple of $ and flying with this airline, PLEASE I BEG YOU, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DO IT. As someone who has used over 10 different airline companies to travel abroad, this is easily without 0 competition the worst. They will delay your flight without explanation. Our original flight was a nightmare, everything was delayed and then cancelled, they left my whole family stranded on the airport and told them to come back tomorrow.. 0 effort made to place my wife and kids into a hotel. All of our prepaid seat assignments were switched and randomized, despite paying $150 extra. Our return flight had a 6 hour delay at the airport and they offered 0 explanation or announcements to tell us what is happening, the connecting international flight was delayed by 2 hours and again no information was provided, our prepaid seats were again all issued to others. This airline will take the longest possible route to the US, so our trip was 9 1/2 hours from Belgrade to NY while most airlines will complete this in 8 or less. The planes they fly are all outdated, the on flight entertainment offers screens from the early 2000s and have 5-9, 20 year old movies, looking around I also noticed 40% of peoples screens didn’t work. One thing positive about this airline is their staff is very professional and they will help you if you have small children, so customer service was on the plane was 10/10.

В жизни не встречал настолько отвратительного сервиса, начиная от сотрудников в офисе и заканчивая колл-центром и приложением. Не в состоянии решить ни одну проблему онлайн, возврат средств за отмененный билет достигает 2 месяцев, регулярные задержки рейса на 3+ часа, овербукинги, приложение и его функционал на уровне тестового задания начинающего разработчика, все приходится решать либо лично в отделении, либо по телефону, где тебе никто не отвечает и все операторы заняты.

Probably one of the worst airlines! The low cost airlines are even better. Our flight was late and no one gave any additional information. We were running for our next connecting flight. Likely we made it but it was stressful. And when we arrived- surprise- our suitcases were not there. They delivered our suitcases after 3 days. So we were left with nothing on a vacation. And on top of that they were trying to open them, most likely to steal something! The lockers were broken and there was a hole in one of the sides. Now I can not even close the suitcase properly. Of course I raised a claim but they said it was not their fault and so on. I waited for their response for more than 2 months. Very unpleasant and unprofessional! Never again!
