I rented a car for 5 days, and the term says that the insurance deposit is high - 600 euros, and is returned after 24 hours at most. I've been calling for 5 days and every day it's a new excuse - don't go, they're a scam. Scam !! Best rent a moto they don’t do this things

Rented a car from Sixt at Pula Airport recently and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. The car itself was in great shape, clean, modern, and actually a joy to drive (which is not always a given with rental cars... we've all had that one clunky Fiat Doblo, haven’t we?). But the real star of the show was Nicole at the counter, an absolute gem. Super helpful, friendly, and sorted everything in a flash, even though I arrived looking slightly pale and flustered from England. She made the whole process feel like borrowing a car from a friend rather than navigating the usual rental desk chaos. All in all, great service, lovely staff, and a car that didn’t sound like it was gasping for air up the Istrian hills. Would happily rent from Sixt Pula again.

Rented twice at Pula airport so far and had a very good experience both times. Friendly staff, easy in and out of the parking, good cars. Waiting time at the counter is sometimes a bit longer and Sixt web info could be more complete.

Der Kundenservice war Mittelmässig, erst recht für die höchste Diamond-Mitgliedschaft. Auch bei der Aufwertung der Fahrzeugkategorie hätte es durchaus schönere, komfortablere Fahrzeuge auf dem Platz gegeben. So hat man nicht das Gefühl, durch die Diamond Membership MEHR zu erhalten als normale Kunden. Es gibt auch keinen Extra „Fasttrack-Schalter“. Sonst war alles ok, aber eben nicht TOP. Sixt könnte zum Beispiel ein Wasser anbieten oder so…

Bonjour, j'ai loué une voiture du 15/7 au 19/7 au nom de Baptiste Hottekiet (numéro de réservation 719279890 et numéro de confirmation Sixt 9941409866). J'ai rendu la voiture et ai signé digitalement pour attester du retour de la voiture. Le monsieur qui a réceptionné la voiture a dit que tout était OK mais je vois que la garantie remboursable de 1200 € est toujours retenue sur ma carte Visa. Pouvez vous faire le nécessaire pour ne plus retenir cette garantie remboursable puisque tout est OK et que vous avez récupéré le véhicule ?Merci beaucoup pour le suivi.

Huur je een auto bij Sixt, Pula dan kun je rekenen op goede service: snel, duidelijk en met vriendelijk personeel. De auto’s zijn van goede kwaliteit en comfortabel. Let wel goed op de verzekeringen: boek je vooraf via een externe partij zoals Booking.com, dan is de dekking vaak onvoldoende. Het is aan te raden om de verzekering direct bij Sixt af te sluiten voor volledige gemoedsrust.

The service when you initially arrive was fantastic. The lady was super friendly and very efficient and explained my insurance options very well. I decided to go with full cover and paid the extra. On return, again the customer gentleman was very efficient and helpful. However, when I returned the car the young man who checked the car, walked to the front of the car, put his hand under the front bumper and said there was damage. He asked if I had taken any pictures. Off course I hadn't taken pictures under the car!! I mentioned I had full insurance and he immediately let it go. Very poor indeed.

Sixt at Pula Airport was great, easy location inside the airport, we received great service on the two cars we rented and we got free upgrades. My 21 year old daughter definitely didn't mind not getting a Fiat Panda but a super sporty Mini Cooper instead :-)

Great service from Sixt! I rented a Renault Clio for two weeks and drove over 2,200 km without any issues at all. The car was clean, reliable, and perfect for my trip. The return process was smooth and efficient as well. Thanks to the Sixt team for the perfect service—I’ll definitely rent again!

Ist gleich beim Ausgang. Nicht zu übersehen. SUV Duster erhalten statt Kleinwagen Fiat 500, bei gleich bleibendem Preis, ok.
