Great experience! We spontaneously rented a car at the airport and even extending it through phone call was super easy. Very professional and friendly service, nice and clean hybrid car that didn’t consume almost any gas. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Hertz at Zadar Airport. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a nearly new car - it was in excellent condition. We drove it for a week all around Croatia, and everything went smoothly. The staff both at pick-up and return were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional, and efficient. The return process was quick and easy, and the deposit was released immediately upon signing the return protocol. We highly recommend Hertz and would definitely rent from them again!

Ich hatte eine durchweg positive Erfahrung mit der Hertz Autovermietung. Die Buchung lief reibungslos und das Personal vor Ort war freundlich. Das Fahrzeug war in sehr gutem Zustand und wurde sauber übergeben. Natürlich werden – wie bei den meisten Anbietern – Zusatzversicherungen angeboten, diese sind jedoch optional und werden nicht aufdringlich beworben. Wichtig zu wissen: Für die Anmietung ist eine gültige Kreditkarte erforderlich, was im Voraus klar kommuniziert wurde. Insgesamt ein professioneller Ablauf und ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder mieten!

Wir haben letztes Jahr im Mai hier Gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Natürlich hat man versucht uns noch eine Versicherung mit auf den Weg zu geben aber diese haben wir nicht benötigt und dies war dann auch in Ordnung und man versuchte es auch nicht weiter. Von Abholung bis Abgabe war alles Top! Neuer Opel Corsa ohne Schäden und Sauber. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Gerne Buchen wir wieder bei Hertz.

In the beginning we didnt find it because on the papers its not the same name of Hertz. But after asking a kind men he helpt us and we waited in the line at Hertz. We must waite a long time but the lady was just a lone. Thanks for the good service. The lady was very kind and was laughing a lot with us. We had a great vacation with the car. Thanks to the lady SNJEZANA. #MISS #SNOWWHITE
