From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient – the pick-up and return process was smooth and hassle-free. The car was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and in perfect condition. It felt almost brand new and was very comfortable to drive, even on longer trips. Prices were fair with no hidden fees, and the entire process was clearly and transparently explained. Highly recommended. I would definitely rent from them again!

Rented and returned at Dubrovnik Airport. Both pickup and drop off efficiently handled by friendly agents. Really clean Skoda Octavia with only 2,600km on clock. Perfect for our drive up the coast to Sibenik and back. This was actually a National Car which has given me great service for perhaps 40 years in many countries, never bother to shop around. Would rate this location among the best.

Polecam usługi Enterprise - rezerwacje wykonaliśmy 2 godziny przed przylotem do Dubrovnik. Na miejscu miła obsługa, wyjaśnili kwestię ubezpieczenia i udziału w szkodzie. Procedury szybkie i przejrzyste. Samochodu nowy z przebiegiem nie całe 2 tys km czysty, pachnący. Mały minus bo auto nie było do pełna zatankowane ale Pan powiedział że nic się nie dzieje jak zwrócimy trochę mniej paliwa - zdaliśmy dużo, dużo więcej paliwa. Mile się podróżowało, bezpiecznie. Wylot mieliśmy pierwszym samolotem o 6 rano, więc auto zwróciliśmy przed 5 rano w okienku zgodnie z instrukcją. Z doświadczenia w innych miejscach na świecie Enterprise to firma godna dużego zaufania a w Dubrovnik polecam na 1000 % Dziękujemy za wspólną podróż autem z Enterprise 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Attention ! Location payée sur Booking avec une couverture premium. Arrivé à l'Aéroport de Dubrovnik, mauvaise suprise, Enterprise affirme qu'elle ne peut pas prélever un dépot sur ma carte GOLD PREMIERE et m'oblige à prendre et payer sur place une deuxième couverture premium pour 272 euros supplémentaire. (Avec cette même carte GOLD PREMIERE qui sur se coup ne semble pas poser de problème) Evidemment, arrivés sur place, vous n'avez pas d'autre choix que de vous plier à leurs méthodes, à défaut de ne pas pouvoir récupérer votre véhicule et sacrifier votre voyage. Des méthodes déplorables qui ternissent la réputation de la compagnie. A éviter.

Our experience with Enterprise was frustrating from start to finish. Staff were cold, unwelcoming, and made the process more difficult than it needed to be — despite us being polite and paying customers. 1. Misleading vehicle handling: We booked a Land Rover Defender, but were told we’d be given a Volvo. When we politely noted that we had reserved a Defender, the agent snapped “OR SIMILAR” in an aggressive tone. We didn’t argue — yet moments later, he suddenly said a Defender was available. That shift felt dishonest. 2. Unnecessary and rigid booking rules: The agent insisted the person driving must also be the one who made the booking — and refused to accept payment unless the card matched the driver’s name. These restrictions were never communicated in advance and created unnecessary friction. 3. Unprofessional behavior: When we mistakenly entered the wrong PIN, the agent reacted with visible anger — completely disproportionate for such a minor issue. 4. No sense of premium: The “premium” SUV came with large Rent-A-Car stickers on both front doors. Instead of driving a luxury vehicle, we felt like walking advertisements. For the price we paid, the experience lacked both professionalism and basic respect. We won’t be booking with Enterprise again — and you shouldn’t either.

I really appreciate the positive experience at this Enterprise location - fast service, friendly & helpful staff, no heavy selling on extras, nice and clean cars, availability via phone/text if there are support needs during rental time. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to rental car experiences in other parts of Europe. They will be my go-to when I return to DBV.

Car collection and drop off were very efficient. Car was clean. It would be better to get and return full tank. It was 75% on collection and very difficult to guess how much to put in to take it back to 75%. I added too much thus wasting money. Also a bit more info about controls would have been helpful. Nevertheless I would recommend them and would use again.

Très satisfait ! J’étais un peu préoccupé car il y toujours des avis insatisfaits mais l’expérience a été parfaite. Check in out rapide, personnel sympathique, voiture quasiment neuve ! Nous avons eu une Opel corsa neuve à la place d’une Fiat 500. Location pour une semaine à 120€ en juin +50€ option frontière. Attention : une carte de « crédit » est requise, pas de carte de débit. Aucun frais supplémentaire ne m’a été facturé.
