Car provided did not have a full tank of gas and location was closed two hours early so you could not return the car with a person.

Ho noleggiato la macchina tramite un sito esterno e sono andato a ritirarla. Quando ero in ufficio il ragazzo era zitto tutto il tempo e quando mi ha dato la macchina mi ha detto un semplice “le auguro un buon viaggio” o una cosa simile. tornato dal viaggio il 30/12 all’ora accordata nessuno era presente. i seguenti giorni (31, 1, 2) erano festivi. di conseguenza non potevo consegnare la macchina dato che nessuno mi aveva spiegato a voce che potevo lasciarla fuori dal cancello. qualche giorno dopo mi sono stati rimborsati parte dei soldi e non riuscivo a capire perché non tutti. di conseguenza ho inviato una mail e mi hanno risposto con un file con tutti i pagamenti che non erano stati giustificati fino a questa e-mail. Non noleggerò mai più una macchina in questo ufficio. Vergogna

Quelques heures après la prise en charge de notre voiture à Koper et après avoir passé la frontière Slovène nous avons constaté une crevaison. Nous étions un jour férié mais nous avons pu compter sur notre correspondant Hertz Koper qui nous a mis en relation avec l'agence de Ljubljana. L'agence locale nous a mis en relation avec un garage et nous a véhiculé a plusieurs reprise entre notre lieu de résidence et le garage. Bien que je ne pouvais justifier du défaut dans le pneu à la prise en charge, Hertz a accepté de prendre le pneu et le montage à ses frais. Nous avons quitté Ljubljana avec 2 heures de retard, soit 26hrs après notre arrivé. Je n'en attendais pas moins d'Hertz, mais l'ensemble du personnel a été très professionnel (agence de Koper et de Ljubljana, mais aussi le service 'relations clients'). Merci à eux.
