Tourist trap! Engañan a los turistas con un seguro que no vale para nada al contratar el vehículo y a la hora de recoger el coche ellos tienen claro que pagaste por un seguro “full coverage” que de “full” tiene nada y se ríen de ti explicándolo para al final cobrarte 300€ más o un depósito de 1650€ que te dicen que tardarán un mes mínimo en devolverte. Estafadores. La misma queja de todos a la hora de retirar el coche.

Es vergonzoso, voy a devolver el coche y no hay nadie ni en el stand ni en la caseta de entrega de coches. Llamas por teléfono y te dicen que si el depósito está lleno que dejes las llaves tiradas en el stand y ya está!!!! Jamás volveré a alquilar nada con este car rental

Ive been a frequent client of OK Mobility, and never had such a horrible experience before. They tried by all means to charge me the Full Insurance just because the card had a small dent, which is irrelevant to cards because they work by chip. It was the perfect opportunity for them to take my money. They didnt accept that card for the "deposit Insurance" but they did Accept it for the full insurance. Double standards. Disgusting.

A fuir absolument ! Ils nous ont fait payer 433 euros au moment de prendre la voiture alors que j’ai bien présenté ma carte de crédit mais comme il y avait marqué carte de crédit et debit,ils considèrent que ce n’est pas valabale en Croatie alors que nous n’avons pas eu de problème au Canada, en Grèce, en Irlande, etc... C’est purement du vol

Worst experience ever. They tried to force us to take a car that was totally damaged and unsafe to drive. After our refusal they told us that they don’t have another vehicle for replacement. After everything,we were stranded at the airport trying to find another vehicle with other rental company. Would not recommend this company !

We had a very good experience with OK Mobility, especially with the young blond lady working at the airport counter. She was extremely polite and helpful, gave us all the information we needed and was willing to go above and beyond to help. The car service is trustworthy, we got an almost brand new car and the pick up/drop off was easy. Would recommend this service!

Vorsicht vor OKmobility – absoluter Reinfall! Unser Flug hatte 30 Minuten Verspätung – wir landeten um 22:00 Uhr statt 21:30 Uhr. Am Schalter von OKmobility angekommen (22:10 Uhr), war dieser bereits geschlossen. Alle angegebenen Telefonnummern waren nicht erreichbar – keinerlei Hilfe. Am nächsten Tag: Schalter offen, aber komplett unbesetzt. Erst nach einem Anruf kam eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin nach 15 Minuten aus einem nahegelegenen Café. Ihre Aussage: „Der Kollege ist um 22:00 Uhr gegangen – der kann nicht auf euch warten.“ Alle anderen Mietwagenfirmen haben auf ihre Kunden mit verspäteten Flügen gewartet – nur OKmobility nicht. Kein Service, keine Kulanz, keine Erreichbarkeit. Nie wieder! Wenn ihr den Namen OKmobility seht – meidet diesen Anbieter. Nur Frust und Enttäuschung.

Son unos estafadores , nuestro vuelo se retrasó y no nos esperaron sabiendo q lo habían retrasado do siguiente vamos y no nos quieren dar el coche ni nos van a devolver el dinero una estrella porq sino ,no puedo mandar la reseña

Vaya vergüenza... Nuestro vuelo se retraso y llegamos más tarde de la hora prevista para recoger el coche. Al llegar habían cerrado, ni nos esperaron (cosa que las demás agencias que había SI que hicieron) y me dejaron tirada en el aeropuerto con tres niñas.. Al día siguiente fui a reclamar el coche , no nos lo dieron ni tampoco nos devolvieron el dinero por no mencionar que la atencion fue pésima. Según ellos la culpa es nuestra por retrasarnos, en palabras textuales dijeron: "El horarios es el horario, ya esta no se hable mas". Como si tuviésemos la culpa... Es lamentable que en pleno 2025 sigamos sin tener buenas agencias que te proporcionen lo pactado.

Total enttäuscht! Auto gemietet und bezahlt als wir ankamen mit 30min Verspätung da der Flug verspätet war war der Schalter zu das um 22:00Uhr. Hin und her telefoniert niemand erreicht. Am nächsten Tag nochmals zum Flughafen gefahren, am Schalter kein Mitarbeiter. Haben angerufen und die Dame sagt sie kommt in 5min. Sie kam aus dem kaffeshop. Dann hiess es ihre Buchung ist storniert! Wie bitte! Wir können ein Auto nochmals mieten und müssen nochmals bezahlen! Was soll das?! Die aussage weshalb der Schalter gestern Abend zu war, lächerlich, der Kollege konnte nicht warten. Was soll ich tun wen der Flug Verspätung hat? Eine Frechheit!

🔴 À fuir absolument ! Une expérience catastrophique chez OK Mobility Zagreb. Je réserve directement sur leur site une voiture à l’aéroport de Zagreb, avec une prise en charge prévue à 20h40. Mon vol a eu 4 heures de retard, mais j’ai immédiatement prévenu le service CEO d’OK Mobility, qui m’a confirmé que la voiture restait bien réservée, que je pouvais venir la chercher à n’importe quelle heure — avec des frais de 60 € à prévoir, soit. J’arrive finalement à 23h30, soit 30 minutes après la fermeture du comptoir (fermeture à 23h). Il n’y a aucune tolérance, aucune information affichée, aucune aide. J’ai donc dû prendre un hôtel à mes frais pour attendre le lendemain matin. Le lendemain, je me rends au comptoir d’OK Mobility, pensant récupérer ma voiture comme convenu. Et là, l’employée sur place m’annonce que le véhicule n’est plus disponible, que je peux en avoir un autre plus petit, avec des frais de 60 €, mais en m’obligeant à souscrire une assurance supplémentaire, alors que je suis déjà parfaitement couvert par mes assurances personnelles. J’explique mon désaccord calmement. Sa réponse ? “Alors je ne vous donne pas de voiture”. Je demande un écrit attestant de son refus, elle refuse catégoriquement de me le donner. L’échange devient tendu, la police est même intervenue, preuve du comportement absolument inacceptable de cette employée. Je loue très souvent des voitures dans le monde entier, mais jamais je n’ai été traité de manière aussi irrespectueuse, malhonnête et hostile. ✅ Je déconseille formellement cette agence. Service client inexistant, personnel agressif, et pratiques commerciales totalement douteuses. OK Mobility Zagreb : à éviter à tout prix. Et à cette employée particulièrement odieuse : j’espère sincèrement que vous serez très vite remplacée.

TRAVELLERS BEWARE This company is a complete fraud (at least in the Zagreb Croatia Airport office, I cannot comment on how they function elsewhere). The blond lady that was on duty on Wednesday 2nd of June 2025 in the morning was absolutely obnoxious, arrogant and quite frankly outright rude (she must be a frustrated individual). We had prebooked a car rental with full comp insurance for a 10 day trip via Booking.com and this "lady" outrightly rejected the insurance insisting that we had to pay the insurance directly at the desk at 5x the price paid and a security deposit of 2150€ which is a complete scam compared to other rental companies. She went further to demean us for not having thought that the Booking.com insurance was not realistic. This company should be sued for malpractice and playing off Booking.com rules and policies for having to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival. There is no way you can claim the money back. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst car rental experience I've ever had, BE WARNED!! Staff at desk were extremely rude and condescending. Purchased full insurance through Booking which they refused and tried to get me to pay more for their insurance or a ridiculous security deposit amount. Could only get a refund on the insurance because Booking requires 48 hrs for cancellation. If I'd known 48 hrs before what OK Mobility were like I would have rented from any other company because no one could be worse...

Mejor evitar No nos aceptaron la tarjeta de crédito así que la única opción fue pagar su seguro premium (que ya teníamos contratado con carjet)para poder usar la tarjeta de débito. Después nos han dado un coche sucio, hemos tenido que volver para que nos lo cambiaran

Alquilamos con ellos un coche durante 6 días, ya que la otra compañía nos exigía tarjeta de crédito aún pagando ella cobertura premium. Nos atendió una chica de gafas no recuerdo su nombre pero nos ayudó en todo lo posible, fue muy educada y simpática. El precio fue genial en comparación a otras compañías y lo devolvimos en otro aeropuerto, repetiremos con ésta compañía.
