Positive; The car was new and as advertised, didn't get a old "or similar" car. Bad: They asked if I had premium insurance when they found a pre-existing (tiny, 1-2 cm) scratch on delivery of the car. Luckily I had photos from pickup so it ended with that. But felt a bit fishy. Wonder if they charge multiple times for the same scratch. Also the credit card rules is annoying. Had to pay 115 extra eur to register my wife as driver since we had to use her credit card (I had only digital on apple pay). The situation was made worse by tired and rude airport staff which showed zero understanding, looked like he detested his customers.

Aldri brukt Nova rent a car før og blir aldri igjen; For det første brukte de utrolig lang tid på å behandle alt av papirer, registrering osv osv, damen var heller ikke hyggelig, de klarte til og med å legge på en ekstra kostnad ved å vask av bil utvendig og innvending, latterlig og aldri opplevd før!! og til sist var det ingnen ute for å møte oss når bilen skulle hentes, vi ventet og ventet! ALDRI MER NOVA !!

Très déçue. Mon conjoint Étant le conducteur et n'ayant pas de carte de crédit, j'ai fais un devis sur le site en l'ajoutant en conducteur additionnel car la carte de credit est a mon nom, bien qu'il soit tout de même couvert par celle ci. C'est la marche à suivre qui est stipulée sur le site en cas de non possession de carte de credit au nom du conducteur. Jai tout de même contacté le service client qui ma dit que finalement c'était bon, il pouvait être mis en conducteur principal car il est couvert par ma carte de crédit et moi en locataire principal. Ce qui m'a baissé le prix du devis. Arrivé a l'aéroport, je suis contrainte de payer l'assurance premium peut importe qu'il soit en conducteur principal ou additionnel car la carte de crédit est à mon nom et pas au sien. Je suis très déçue de cette compagnie de location qui nous a clairement arnaqué. Suite à ça je les ai contacté par mail et ils m'ont dit que nous n'avions qu'à aller voir une autre compagnie au lieu de payer si nous n'étions pas en accord. Sachant que nos vacances débutaient et qu'on était sur place, pas sûre que cela aurait été si simple. La dame à l'agence ne cherchait pas a comprendre, elle a fini par nous offrir la remise de véhicule en dehors des heures d'ouverture, quelle gentillesse puisque nous avons déjà une belle différence avec le prix de base du devis. De plus elle était sur son téléphone pendant que nous lui parlions, ce qui était très désagréable car la barrière de la langue etait déjà assez déstabilisante. J'ai eu beau lui montrer les mails avec l'agence rien n'a été possible. 1er devis avec mon conjoint en conducteur additionnel : 405.69€ Devis après avoir été recontacte par le service client : 341,60€ Prix demandé a notre arrivée : 477,60€ Prix payé au final car remise : 427,60€ Une belle arnaque. Suite a votre réponse, merci de relire nos échanges par mail précédents notre location et de m'expliquer ce changement d'avis lors de la réception du véhicule Je n'en démords pas que vous n'êtes pas clairs et plus que profiteurs des touristes. N'hésitez pas a répondre a mon mail que je vous ai envoyé il y a quelques jours. De plus si le devis avait pu être respecté si j'étais en locataire principale, pourquoi suite à la visualisation de nos échanges de mails, votre collègue ne nous l'a pas appliqué ? Plus de 130e demandé en plus 👏🏼👏🏼

Отличная компания . Бронировали машину на механике получили автомат и выше классом, спасибо. У меня не было кредитной карты только дебит. Пришлось заплатить 100€ безвозвратно. Брали премиум страховку . Очень удобно и комфортно прошли 2 недели.

A fuire ! ! Aucune précision au préalable sur la carte de crédit ou débit...honteux juste 200 euros de plus même si une autre personne avait une carte mais pas accepté car elle n'était pas sur le contrat. Nous avons voyagé dans le monde entier avec location de véhicules, jamais ça. En plus le personnel catastrophique , très très antipathique !

Nova went above and beyond and delivered an excellent service. Thank you Nova Cars! We have had a great experience with Nova Cars. We specifically booked with them as they were one of the only leasing companies that advertised 4x4s directly, not just "or similar." While our initial 4x4 wasn't ready, they provided a high grade alternative and committed to exchanging it if it wasn't suitable for our needs. Their team at the desk, especially Ivan, was very helpful. When that vehicle proved unsuitable for the roads to our Brac Island villa, Nova Cars quickly responded to our email and arranged to have a 4x4 delivered to us the very next day by one of their drivers, given this requires a ferry to brac island at no extra expense i was really impressed. Their prompt communication and efficient solution truly made a difference to our holiday. We appreciate their commitment to customer service and highly recommend them!

I did a lot of research into who top rent from as I am so scared of getting scammed by rental companies. Nova was fabulous from start to finish. The car they gave us was clean and in good condition, they encouraged us to take our own pics and videos of the car before our journey to cover ourselves too which was an immediate green flag. Drop off was just as quick and simple and we were released our holding amount within a week of returning the car with no extra payments added on. Very happy and would use again :-)
