We rent a car via Green Motion a few times and service is great each time. Online check in really works and helps to speed up the booking. The car is ready, clean and full of gas. Just for peace of mind, you go around the car and take a picture of any even small imperfection and you're on your way. Return is also quick and after quick inspection shuttle van take you to the airport in less than 10 minutes. We will use them again for our next visit to Croatia and other neighboring countries.

I recently rented from Green Motion at Zagreb Airport, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff promptly picked us up from the terminal, and the ride to the rental station took less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, a professional team was ready and waiting for us, the entire process was smooth and efficient, and I was on the road in no time. The car itself was in excellent condition, and the price was unbeatable. I’ll definitely be using Green Motion again on my next trip to CRO. Huge thanks to the team!

STAY AWAY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE! Rental company insisted on a credit card and wouldn’t take a debit card, Revolut or cash They charged us €400, even though we’d paid to insure the no claims. Heard of other people having a similar issue as the credit card wasn’t in the same name as the driver. Rental depot also a good journey away from the airport. Best to book with someone else

Avoid at all costs! We missed the flight because they made us wait for more than 25 min after our car dropped off. As soon as we arrived at the desk the guy said: '5 Min and my colleague will come to check the car and take you to the airport' We waited, the colleague arrived, and checked the car - all smooth and quick. Did we leave to the airport? NOT!. the same colleague told us '10 Min and we will leave' ( 15 Min the tot). But we left after another good 10 Min. We of course persuaded them to go based in the fact that at first they said we would leave after the car being checked! Then the 'colleague' said we follow our schedule. So why were we not aware of their schedule in the first place ? We could easily avoid all the issues thereafter if we knew we could have taken a taxi. Also more importantly the 'colleague' drove us - just us no anyone else - while his was with his phone AT ALL TIMES!

June 2025 We faced some unfortunate luck when our tire blew out on the highway. After reaching out to the Croatian Road Service (📞 1987), we were towed to the rental company, where we received a replacement vehicle. However, just 15 kilometers into our journey, we encountered another flat tire. The Renault Twingo we were given was new, clean, and surprisingly comfortable for its size. While the customer service was decent, there was room for improvement. On a positive note, the airport pickup and drop-off process went smoothly without any issues.

Rápidos, confiáveis, tudo funcionou conforme o prometido e esperado. Não ficam te empurrando serviços adicionais. Carro em ótimo estado. Eu infelizmente causei um pequeno dano no parachoques/paralamas do carro e eles foram rápidos e eficientes em avaliar o dano e me fornecer a documentação necessária para acionar o meu seguro pessoal (não era seguro vendido por eles).

We rented a T-Cross on June 21st and returned the car on June 29th. We signed all the documents (stating that the car has no damage and the tank is full). When we get the car we realised that there was a big damage on the left front door and the tank was almost empty. I got in the office and informed two people from the company and they insisted on not checking and told us to take photos of the car. We did take the picture of the damage and the tank and took a 360 degree video of the car and set off. On the day we left the car, they said the car had a scratch on the bumper. We hadn't done that for sure. we discussed for a few minutes. They claimed that we should have had a photo showing that it hadn't been there (Although we had the video of the car, they insisted on having a damage report). I had my 5-year old daugher who got really scared and anxious and a plane to catch, I agreed to sign the document clearly stating "A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER". They also added that maybe they wouldn't need to repair it or it would cost 50 or 100 euros at most. Today I was charged 675 EUROS for the damage which was documented as a scratch on the bumper. This is not legal. I will use all my legal rights to prove that they somehow steal people's money. EDIT (03.07.25 - 16.40): We realized the big damage and took the photo of it. We have photos and the videos of the car. I don't know how clear I can make it. When we showed them the video and photos, they claimed that it is not obvious from the photos and videos. This is a company which attacks you personally when hearing a bad comment. The company members told us that it would cost something around 50 or 100 euros. How can I personally know the cost of something I am not aware of? 50 or 100 euros max is the sentence the member of the company told us there. Finally, I am attaching the photo of the "damage" they blaimed us for. THIS IS THE DAMAGE THEY CHARGED 675 EUROS FOR. Or maybe you can't see because it is tiny and not visible. As I have mentioned earlier, I will use all my legal rights for this unfair charge and also personal attack.

With the system of shuttle, it took some time to have the car. Also for the restitution, there was no shuttle at 5am, so we had to take a taxi to go the the airport (at our cost). The car had 2 issues, windshield washer didn't work well and tires pressure indicator give us non stop signals that the pressure decreases. But fortunately the personal on the phone and on the desk are verry sympatic and price are quite good.
