TRAGEDIA. Ze wzgłedu na opózniony lot nie dotarłem na czas ( o czym informowałem przez whatsapp), odpowiedzieli po ponad 5 godzinach ale punkt był już zamknięty po przybyciu. Następnego dnia rano nie wydano mi auta bo zostało wypożyczone juz komuś innemu!!! Nie dostałem zwrotu środķów za wynajem ani propozycji innego auta bo juz nic innego nie mieli. Musiałem wynając auto w innej wypożyczalni. Zwykłe oszustwo unikać z daleka. Duza bardzo znana sieciówka a poziom obslugi dramatyczny.

VAN, którego dostaliśmy stanowił zagrożenie dla naszego życia. Przesuwne drzwi boczne były wyrwane z prowadnicy i nie zamykały się. Nie rozumiem jak można wydać komukolwiek auto w takim stanie. Oprócz tego rezerwowaliśmy małego VANa ze skrzynią automatyczną a zastaliśmy wielkiego VANa w manualu. Dla waszego własnego bezpieczeństwa wybierzcie samochodu z innej wypożyczalni.

Our experience was pretty hassle free. Pick up the guy was very professional apologise for delay as he was the only one in there and Lucia who pick up the car from us too. Deposit was returned in a seconds. I do belive it depend on type of the insurance you have but yes we did like the car and whole experience.

!!! Achtung Betrug !!! Mitarbeiter übergibt Fahrzeuge ohne Vorschäden zu protokollieren -Übergabeprotokoll soll direkt vor Übergabe unterzeichnet werden. Selbst bei Hinweis nach in Augenscheinnahme werden Schäden nicht erfasst - um später abgerechnet zu werden - Trotz direkter Mail an Europcar Germany soll ein Schaden über die Kaution abgerechnet werden - !!!! Betrug !!!! Auch Europcar Germany unternimmt nichts - Wie hier im Forum ersichtlich - ist das eine gängige Masche des Anbieters in Zadar

Voiture accidentée ! Nous avons choisi cette agence pour sa réputation fiable à l’international mais quelle erreur. Nous avons reçu une Opel corsa avec la portière passager abîmée qui laisse passer l’air en conduisant. Un sifflement important se fait entendre quand on roule. La voiture était sale et plusieurs boutons étaient manquants à l’intérieur aussi (Commande de clignotants par exemple) À fuir !
