Im a Avis Preferred plat. so I rent often cars around the world for work, thins for sure one of the worst places where you can rent a car!! this guys work and treat you like they make a favor to you, we receive the car with gas for 99km, I wrote to them and they reply "...sorry you no need to return the car with full tank..." but in the end they charge me for another 200€ I ask why and the reply was.." go to the client service.(obviously Italian number). I really hope that Avis/Budget group knows about this place!! I put one star just because otherwise will be not published .

Unfreundlicher Service! Nicht nötige Aufpreise werden verlangt um ein gleichwertiges Fahrzeug zu erhalten. Hier wurde unsere Notlage schamlos ausgenutzt. Das erste Fahrzeug, das uns übergeben wurde, war dreckig und hatte Kratzer. Nach Beschwerde über den Zustand bekamen wir einen sauberen Wagen. Das Wischwasser war dafür komplett leer. Die Abgabe gestaltete sich noch komplizierter als der Empfang. Ich werde hier nicht mehr leihen!

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a car for same day pick up. Arrived at the airport to be told they don't have the car type I booked; no problem for me, I'll take the next offering. No, nothing is available until far later that day. The complete lack of concern by the male staff to the point where he would just read his phone whilst talking to me was the rudest behaviour I have ever encountered. He blamed a computer problem for the mishap, sure I can understand that but his complete disregard to me was incredible. I sat down and wrote an email to a customer service address for Avis whilst I booked another car through Europcar. Nothing ever heard from Avis. This was in November 2024.

Avoid this agency. We reserved a Jeep Compass compact, were given a VW subcompact. Agent said the Jeep was unavailable - yet one was parked two spaces over from the VW in an Avis spot. Agent would not discount for the downgraded vehicle. Vehicle was dirty and in poor condition. Tires were low on tread and noisy. Obtaining the vehicle at the desk was a long protracted ordeal. Charged us extra to go to Slovenia one hour away.

Salve,ho noleggiato un auto trovata in pessime condizioni di pulizia sia esterne ma sopratutto interne, con poco più di mezza tanga di gasolio, la riconsegno allo stesso modo e mi addebitano € 57 dalla carta (alla consegna dell autoveicolo in ufficio non c era nessuno appunto per questa situazione del gasolio). Ma la cosa peggiore che telefono ma non risponde nessuno,pessima esperienza.
